I feel bad for the staff, I heard another location closed and the place has been unraveling under the stress of the influx of newcomers. They are very kind but I'm starting to lose my patience! I have been off one of my prescriptions for 2 weeks because of unclear delays ordering my needles/syringes. I catch myself tempted to reuse them! Not good!! If it is not solved tomorrow I will have to find a new pharmacy. I don't feel well.

Employees are spread too thin. It's almost impossible to pick up a prescription without a long wait either in the store or at the drive-thru. Free delivery is 5 to 10 business days. That's not helpful. I think I'll switch another pharmacy.

They overbook vaccinations, make you wait more than an hour with kids that they won't let use the restroom. Awful customer service

Literally waited over a hour for someone to answer the phone, called to see if they had my daughters medicine in stock they wouldn’t tell me said doctors had to call it in. Doctors did call it in and it was filled. Called the doctors 3 days later to find out it was filled but the pharmacy just never called to tell me it was ready. Called again to confirm it was ready and again no answer after waiting a hour on hold on the phone. When answered girl was rude, I normally don’t post reviews but it’s crazy how bad this place is. Normally we deal with rite aid who is amazing but they’d don’t have any of my disgusted meds in stock so we tried here.

Place went downhill when they moved. Nice enough employees but the pharmacy... what did they do to it? Needs more pick up windows and staff. Days wait for medicine, can't get insurance right, I'm not even upset; you can look at the pharmacy staff and see how stressed they are. I have to switch to somewhere else which is a shame. I can walk here. Not sure if anyone reads these but whoever designed the new pharmacy grossly undersized this, it's half the size as the old location but now there's a takeout window so it's twice as busy. I genuinely feel bad for the employees.

I’m giving a 3 stars. Always clean inside and organized but wait times for prescriptions are atrocious. The drive thru option is a horrible option. Plan to wait 30 minutes even if your the second car in-line. The ladies in the pharmacy and the pharmacist are way understaffed.

Wish I could give a 0. Never enough staff is just the beginning. After spending time in the ER with a very painful injury my scripts were, UNFORTUNATELY, sent to this pharmacy. After a rude and argumentative phone confrontation with counter staff who insisted that I needed "another number" from my Insurance card in order to process, I called the insurer only to be assured that I did NOT need the number requested. I tried again, this time speaking with the pharmacist, who also insisted that it "must be smudged" (it's a brand new card!) and refused to proceed unless I brought my card in person! I took my card to the Rite Aid across the road and asked the kind pharmacist to transfer my prescriptions, which he did promptly and with confusion as to why there was an issue. The debacle with Walgreens took over an hour of phone calls, including long waits on hold. My interaction with Rite Aid took less than 10 minutes. My family and I are DONE with this store and it's incompetent staff.

Better than Philly pike, but they don't have meds ready when they say they will. Takes days unless you stop in and say you need it.

Would give zero stars if I could. Long wait times. Poor customer service. The curbside pick up takes 30 mins or just doesn’t work at all. I had to call until I could get someone to walk out. They said it would be right out. 10 more minutes before I saw anyone. Just to get the wrong order. I called the store about the wrong order with the associate chewed me out about the missing items. I paid for the items. Almost every time I order from the pharmacy they have to order the prescription and wait times are ridiculous. Pick a different Walgreens.

The Walgreen phone system is WORTHLESS. I spent over six minutes trying to find out if they have COVID test kits. The idiotic automatic system kept routing me to a COVID vaccine announcement. Then I got a representative with a heavy accent who routed my call back to the original COVID vaccine msg. Last time I do business with Walgreens

Chronically understaffed. Employees are overworked, long lines in store, and usually a 30 minute or longer wait at the drive thru. Switching to CVS.. done here.

It should not be this difficult and stressful to get medications in AMERICA!! Not this locations fault but the fault of the system WE allow to operate in our country. We can and must do better!

This pharmacy is extremely understaffed but they are still working hard to fill everyone's prescription. Wish other customers would see this. This is the busiest pharmacy in the area so I don't know why they are understaffed, but if you have an issue with the wait time, try going to a different pharmacy instead of assuming the employees here are the reason for the wait.

Extremely rude and unhelpful pharmacy staff. Will drive an extra 20 minutes to have my prescriptions filled elsewhere.Just a note: If your doctor calls in a prescription to the wrong Walgreen's pharmacy and you need it filled there they will tell you that there is nothing they can do for you. This is not the case. Ask to speak to a manager.
