Snail speed and they seem to revel in that fact. The pharmacy associates seem to be bothered that you are here trying to get your medicine.

I have always used Walgreens. Even worked there many years ago. This one used to be good. The pharmacy lacks knowledge of job. I can't get them to sign me up for text alerts, they keep saying they did it, and I still don't get notified until they're ready to put them back! Half the time they don't automatically fill them. I keep telling them it's hard for me to get a ride and tell them to fill all the same I got the month before, I'm on a lot of meds. But they are always forgetting something and I don't know until I'm home and can check. I've run out of important meds. Because I couldn't find a way to get them. They don't CARE about the patients and that's what Harry Levin was always known for obviously the new owners don't think. Think the same

The place is a rat’s nest. Filthy carpeting throughout. Stand on line at the pharmacy for staff who don’t understand how to work their system and move customers through. Hurry up and waitJust try calling the place. Their robot answering the phone will ensure you never get to speak to a human.Walgreens union street is a disasterGood riddance

This location has gone downhill since the pandemic. I was a loyal customer for years but staffing issues and low stock forced me to just go elsewhere. The shelves are always empty and I find the store is never clean: the rugs always need a vacuum and the trash overflows majorly. The staff are just young kids, who would probably prefer to not be there based on the service I receive. If you need anything you'll take a gamble stopping in bc they may not have any. I went here for cat food, luckily it was in stock but sometimes I'll be honest, I don't want to take the chance.

This location has the highest number of rude employees. They will scream and yell when you show displeasure with the levels of service they provide. Just yesterday, I encountered two young women whose only agenda was to yell and not find a reasonable solution. They REFUSED. They were attending the pick up station where I was supposed to have a pick up. Their app said my item was in stock and charged me. They couldn't understand why I was angry. Because, this happens all the time.

One of the managers, Denise, has a bad attitude toward giving good customer service. She has been disrespectful toward me twice. Shameful. I can see why she is rude because upper management are just as rude. I've dealt with District Manager Arij Simmons, Director of Retail Operations Chris Elliott and Regional VP Paul Blankenship, and they're all just like store manager Denise. Customers are not a priority to these people! Call upper management with a complaint, and they'll side with their apathetic store managers EVERY TIME! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD AT WALGREEN'S. Happy Harry's ran a tighter ship whereby they held their store clerks accountable. Even the security guard at this location is on social media every time I enter the store!!! It's laughable!
