I was automatically transferred here once Rite Aid closed. A week passes and I go in with a written scrip, they had no clue of anything! I did get the medicine, but the negative attitude of the pharmacist has caused me to try meds by mail!!! I felt unrespected, unwelcomed, as if I was a pain in the ass. I was a home healthcare worker and had dealt with this same problem 2yrs ago with this same pharmacy. You are going to lose several new customers! Sensitivity training

Huge hassle every single time I go into any of their locations. They expect cashiers to stock shelves, always a wait and long line and then enter phone # , coupons, asking for donations on top of it. Much rather pay more and save ten minutes!!!!!

Came in today for a purchase. Once I got to the counter the customer service lady by the name of Janet, should not be in customer service at all. She clearly does not like her job. She refused to greet me or say anything at all. She checked me out and still nothing. I’m not going to jump to conclusions by saying my race had anything to do with it, but she sure spoke to the Caucasian man she rung up before me. And I actually like this location. Not sure now. I’ll have to go to the one right up the road from here.

I like Walgreens better than CVS or Riteaid however, if your going to fill your medication, use the Goodrx app. The app will tell you which of the 3 drug stores will save you the most money when filling your prescriptions.

This is a highly populated area so there are expected lines and service delays, that being said, I would pick going to a pharmacy that has staff like this any day even in the face of some minor inconveniences. I could be having the worst day and thinking to myself ugh what a chore to go to Walgreens yet the people that work here work so well with each other that they are always so helpful and pleasant and they follow through even with balancing such a high caseload, so to speak. ANYWAY I hope they read this because they really deserve the same positivity they spread to their customers. Thank you.

Sadly, this is my neighborhood Walgreens but the service has declined so much in recent years. Its nearly impossible to get a script without going in and standing in a long line. Their drive-thru is usually closed citing that they are always short staffed. I understand that many businesses are suffering from a lack of employees, but it seems to be a priority to have the drive-thru open so that you do not have to stand in line with other people that might be sick, or for those that can't easily get inside. This past week I needed to pickup prescriptions and went two times to try to get them. The drive-thru was closed both times and on one visit the line was over 15 people deep winding out to the cash register. Today, I made my third attempt to go into the store to pick up my scripts but because it had been over a week, they had returned them to their inventory and they were no longer filled. I did not receive a text message or phone call that this would be happening and I left empty-handed again without the medicines I need. I will be transferring all of my scripts to a pharmacy that is farther away so that I can make use of reliable service and their drive-thru.

Since Walgreens cut hours to the pharmacy, this is becoming just a mediocre convenience store. M-F, 9 - 6 was the norm 50 years ago but these limited operating hours do not serve our community well.

The pharmacy workers do the bare minimum. They take forever to get the medication ready. Once it comes to patients that need medicine to function they should do more than the minimum. I treat the patients at the hospital with kindness because I know they may be in pain. Unhappy workers should find something else to work with, it’s a shame people prefer to work in a bad mood than to go look for another job.

Went to get a vaccine i had pre scheduled. There was a 10 person line for the pharmacy and they said I had to wait in the line. Was in line for an hour at least. So ridiculous.

This is our family pharmacy and has been for years, I don't see us changing anything. Like the saying goes, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" ☝??

I just feel bad for the pharmacy workers. As far as I can tell, only one pharmacist is keeping the whole place afloat, and I've been there open, close, drive-through, in-person, for prescriptions, or vaccines, you name it. Always just the one pharmacist with (maybe) one or two techs helping. This dates back to before the pandemic, but obviously things have gotten completely slammed with flu season, booster shots, expanded eligibility for the vaccine, etc.The one pharmacist is usually very nice and personable, but is occasionally (understandably) flustered. Wait times are always long, customers are often frustrated, and I've had some minor mistakes with how my prescription was filled. Nothing major like wrong drug or wrong dosage or anything, but it is an inconvenience to have to wait in the inevitably long line twice.Walgreens really should have hired more staff years ago, but with work shortages the way they are, it seems like that boat may have sailed. I don't know whether to give the staff they have 5 stars for trying or give the store 1 star for results, so I've split the difference a little.Go to the pharmacy half a mile up the road (1508 Philly Pike) if you can help it. I think you, the employees, and fellow customers will all benefit from lightening the burden on this location.

If I could rate no stars, I would. Vaccine appointment at 12:15pm waited an hour then told to come back at 3pm. Waited another 30 mins and left. This pharmacy is very unorganized and rude. Printed form from the online appointment and was rudely told wrong form. Kindness goes a long way AND keeping the customer informed on what is going on. No excuse for rudeness, ever. Went to CVVS, pleasant and efficient.
