I will keep this short and simple. It was quick to find what I wanted and then exit the store. Additionally, Kanise was an awesome cashier who deserves a raise.

The most ratchet Walgreens in the area, which is saying something. It's run down and filthy and looks more like a sad coal town secondhand store than a pharmacy. Empty shelves, shelves in disarray, raggedy stock. The pharmacy staff clearly regrets their life decisions and has made it their mission to inflict their misery on customers. Medications out of stock, counter staff that talk out their neck at you like they work in a Kensington bodega. You need an antidepressant just to walk in this place. The only upshot is maybe something decent will take over the space after it closes.

Even between 8:32pm and 8:54pm EST (as was the case this past Friday, November 8, 2024), cashier's and other associates who are normally on duty especially into then during the said time period within weekdays are superbly professional, very typically effective in their efforts, quick to be accurate then maintain great accuracy, and are both helpful (in some cases *extremely* so) and very friendly at Walgreen's Drugstores No. 11006 (the 2219 Concord Pike, Fairfax Shopping Center, of Wilmington, DE 19803, combination Store and Pharmacy [too bad that the said Pharmacy within the said Store is closed nightly, almost doubtlessly effective at 8pm, nowadays])!
Household paper supplies, rubbing alcohol and other first-aid products, and most groceries were abundantly in stock; the only desired food -- specifically snack or dessert -- item which was not to be seen or therefore found was the usually 2.375-oz.- to- 4-oz. bagful of Quaker Rice Crisps.
The above main reality and superabundance of reasonable prices of items as well as extreme accuracy, professionalism, friendliness of interaction, and - shockingly, especially in spite of staff shortages in said Store during and after the 8pm hour -- alacrity of and during checkout all made very easy to purchase more than what was initially planned and/or 'bargained' for!

This Walgreens is only consistent with one thing and that is being absolute trash. This may be the one place that would benefit from self serve registers. The employees are intentional unhelpful, ignoring 10+ people in line, having no idea where anything is in the store, and being straight up rude.

The pharmacy here is beyond awful. They have no professionalism and attitudes are terrible. I recommend a different Walgreens, any other one in Delaware. The one on Concord Pike is a hot mess. Talk about being annoyed, they have no patience for your questions or concerns and you can tell they hate their customers. Maybe the woman behind the phone was having a rough day but BE KIND because everybody is or has gone through it. I will never come back here for prescriptions.

This is by far the worst store I've ever been in my whole life and I've been in the ghetto in Louisiana, the shelves are basically empty, nothing is organized and seems to be everywhere with no rhyme or reason, it feels dirty and extremely poor inside.Not impressed compared to a Normal Walgreens. This store should be closed down.

I WAS a very frequent shopper at walgreens and have giving much of my money to this facility. This was until a worker kicked me and my friends out twice. We were minding our own business and she approached us and said “put you things down, get out” in a very harsh manner. Keep in mind we did nothing to get us kicked out. She even called security to make sure we wouldn’t go back in and we all felt very disrespected and we are not going to support there business much anymore. ????

I’m so disappointed. It’s a nice place but watch out for this grumpy woman who kicks random people out. I am a paying customer and I was picking something out for my sisters birthday. But this brunette “woman” said I could not shop here I said why she just pointed to the door and proceeded to talk to me behind my back.

The Walgreen phone system is WORTHLESS. I spent over six minutes trying to find out if they have COVID test kits. The idiotic automatic system kept routing me to a COVID vaccine announcement. Then I got a representative with a heavy accent who routed my call back to the original COVID vaccine msg. Last time I do business with Walgreens
