50 minutes waiting for my pick up medicine when they was tell me 30 minutes and never call my name I have to approach to one of those farmaceutical worker and ask why no call on my name. Is no personal but they're no good workers, they forgot about patiens .Well I got good news in my family we are 3 people going farmacy frequently, now we going to change our provider farmacy To CVS.

Walgreens in Elsmere is Horrible, Rude Manager, Rude employees and every time you place an Online Order - they Screw it up and then will NOT FIX IT FOR YOU. Disgusting.

Last Monday, December 09, around 7:30 pm we went to the WALLGREENS, Elsmere, Delaware store, ZIP code #19805, and after waiting for more 15 minutes to be assisted at the back window on the driveway, then we decided to ring, they answered they will be shortly with us After another 10 to 15 minutes a young lady came and asked us with attitude what were we looking for. We told her that a doctor sent an email with a prescription under my wife’s name. Again with a lot attitude this lady told us that it will take a wild. Then we answered, that is not a problem, we have to go to BJs store for shopping and in a very bad look and very rude way she said, it will take more than that. We told her we will take probably more than an hour, then she reply we will send you a text when it is ready. My wife really needed the medicine that night, she felt really bad that night. We never got a text from you. We had to go to pick up the prescription at the next day, with no advice about from you. We do not know the name of that lady that was attending the window that night and we do not care about it, but I wanted to let you know that what happened that night with that lady with not reason, may be is happening with more people. In our case we will consider other drug store for future prescriptions. Really bad experience at ELSMERE, DELAWARE WALLGREENS DRUG STORE.

If you have 2 hours to wait in line to get your prescriptions ,this is the store for you! Wall Greens has no respect for your time. Corporate needs to get involved with their business. All they care about is money, not customer service.

The pharmacist here was nothing short of wonderful today!! She understood our emergency and helped me without question even in the midst of a crazy insane rush!! I am going to come here from now on!!

The WORST Walgreens smh my prescription was called in the night before, after waiting half and hour the lady tells me my prescription won't be ready until later in the afternoon 🙄How you had last night and this morning and it's not ready. If I could go to another pharmacy I would but this is the closest one to me. Now sick.as I am I have to go back and hope my meds are ready

I am a handicapped senior. When I come into your store there is NEVER any carts available so I'm informing you I'm taking my business elsewhere. Today there were just a handful of people in the store and only one lady had a cart. You need to get onboard with other businesses who found a way to stop the cards from disappearing or you will lose more customers.
