I was automatically transferred here once Rite Aid closed. A week passes and I go in with a written scrip, they had no clue of anything! I did get the medicine, but the negative attitude of the pharmacist has caused me to try meds by mail!!! I felt unrespected, unwelcomed, as if I was a pain in the ass. I was a home healthcare worker and had dealt with this same problem 2yrs ago with this same pharmacy. You are going to lose several new customers! Sensitivity training

The pharmacy does not accept GoodRx coupons, and they will not give me a reason why they don't. Every other Walgreens I have been to accepts them, so I assume there is something really shady and corrupt going on at this facility.

I shop here at least twice a week. I was in the store about a month ago and Julie kept following me around like I was a thief ?! I purchased the items (of course) but returned them a few days later bc I didn't appreciate that treatment! Stopped shopping at this location bc of it! Everyone else there is so pleasant, oh except for the big black guy who always looks miserable.

I went to the store to make a pay near me payment and the cashier called the store manager over to the photo department just to direct me to western Union. I told the store manager that it wasn’t a western Union payment it was a pay near me barcode that needed to be scanned. She starting carrying on about how they don’t scan peoples phones etc. It’s not my first time paying a bill at this location however it was my first time dealing with a store manager Julie Johnson who did not know how to do her job. She was unprofessional, lacked job duty knowledge and needs some coaching immediately.

Sadly, this is my neighborhood Walgreens but the service has declined so much in recent years. Its nearly impossible to get a script without going in and standing in a long line. Their drive-thru is usually closed citing that they are always short staffed. I understand that many businesses are suffering from a lack of employees, but it seems to be a priority to have the drive-thru open so that you do not have to stand in line with other people that might be sick, or for those that can't easily get inside. This past week I needed to pickup prescriptions and went two times to try to get them. The drive-thru was closed both times and on one visit the line was over 15 people deep winding out to the cash register. Today, I made my third attempt to go into the store to pick up my scripts but because it had been over a week, they had returned them to their inventory and they were no longer filled. I did not receive a text message or phone call that this would be happening and I left empty-handed again without the medicines I need. I will be transferring all of my scripts to a pharmacy that is farther away so that I can make use of reliable service and their drive-thru.

Since Walgreens cut hours to the pharmacy, this is becoming just a mediocre convenience store. M-F, 9 - 6 was the norm 50 years ago but these limited operating hours do not serve our community well.

Great friendly staff, good deals.It's been three years since my last review and while there are new employees since then prices and service remain great quality.The pharmacy staff is the best.There are sometimes miscommunication but they always make it right.

Two days ago I called this Walgreens to see if I needed an appointment to get a flu vaccine. I was told no. I arrived today at 10:00 a.m. The young lady in the pharmacy stated that vaccines were not given out unless an appointment was made. She suggessted I go online or use my cellphone to scan a barcode to make an appointment. At this time, no one is in the pharmacy, but me. I informed her that I am visually impaired and could not make an appointment online. I asked if she could make the appointment for me and I would come back at whatever time I was given. She said no. I told her that if I was her color she would assist me. I then proceeded to the front. I explained my situation to the clerk at the front of the store. She then went to the back and came back stating the same young lady I spoke with gave her a 3:00 p.m. appointment for me. How could the clerk, who is white, go back there and get me an appointment, but the lady in the pharmacy was unwilling to accomodate me or my disability? This situation occurred over an hour. Still at 11:00 a.m., no one came to the pharmacy. Why could she not give me the vaccine within this hour when no one was present or waiting? I have been coming to this Walgreens for 10 years to get my prescriptions filled. Rather than sit in Walgreens for 4 hours, I left and went to CVS to get my flu vacccine where I received great customer service. I am in the process of moving my prescriptions to CVS. I am 75 years old. I should not have to ride around looking for a flu vaccine when this store could have easily accommodated me. I hate that I didn't get the young lady's name who refused to make me an apppointment when I asked. She was a young white female between the age of 25-30. I will never return to this store. Lastly, I asked her why was I told that I could walk in two days ago. She claimed the policy changed on yesterday. I don't believe this at all. She did not want to give me the flu vaccine.
