Terrible customer service, very unprofessional and rude

I had a disappointing experience on Saturday, June 28 at around 3 PM due to the behavior of a manager who came across as unprofessional, impatient, and quite rude. I want to clarify that my intention is not to offend any other staff members—this feedback is specific to one individual.
While I was waiting in the pickup line, the manager noticed that all the registers were busy and temporarily opened the pickup counter to assist a customer in front of me. After helping that person, she abruptly closed the register and walked away, ignoring me completely. When I politely said, “Excuse me, I’m in line,” she responded with a harsh tone, saying, “I’m not a cashier, I’m the manager.”
I explained that I wasn’t trying to make a purchase—I was simply there to pick up an order, which is why I was in that line. Realizing her mistake, she returned to the counter, asked for name, and handed me my order in a very dismissive and impolite manner.
I was genuinely shocked by her attitude. In my opinion, she lacks the basic communication and customer service skills expected of someone in a managerial role. I strongly recommend that the store’s general manager provide her with additional training, as her current approach does not reflect the professionalism this position requires.

Gia is amazing! Every time I go here I have to try to think of all the phone numbers I've had, and which one it would be under.

My pharmacy closed and my scripts were transferred here. I absolutely love this pharmacy so far! The staff all have excellent customer service skills. Some ppl get mad bc the associates take so much time with each patient. I love that they are so thorough and go out of their way to meet your needs. The line gets long sometimes but keep in mind that they will give you the same time and attn when you need it. I love how they keep you up to date on the status of all of your scripts too. Def an upgrade from Rite aid!

Cree was very pleasant without appearing overwhelmed during a very busy time. I truly appreciate it, unfortunately it’s so rare these days which is also why she stuck out to me!

Customer since 2016, great employees but in the summer, the A/C barely works, making you sweat. With health issues, it is not comfortable at all in there to shop. Why is this the hottest Walgreens in the summer compared to others in the area??

Don't go there for anything FedEx related. I followed the FedEx directions for a return. The lady at the front scanned the wrong code, then proceeded to tell me I did it wrong. Offered zero explanation as to what was wrong. She must have been overwhelmed by the ONE other customer who was in there.

The walgreens I usually deal with was out of stock for my prescription, they called and determined it was available here. The young lady at the pharmacy counter was most pleasant. Thinking of switching stores.
