I always buy at Wawa when I’m in Pennsylvania, and I had never been treated badly when ordering through the app. You’re supposed to order through the app to save time, but here they simply told my friend and me to serve ourselves what was in the order. In Pennsylvania, no matter how busy it was, I had never been treated this way. Very bad service.

Ordered DD and my order was literally thrown together. The sandwich was in pieces and the ingredients were all on one half of the sandwich

What a disgrace. Ordered a veggie cream cheese bagel on door dash and the picture is what they sent me. A joke right? Drove to Wawa because I was really annoyed about it so they remade the bagel practically the SAME WAY. There’s literally close to NO cream cheese on the bagel. Idk how corporate hasn’t completely shut this place down or done a clean sweep. It is awful every single time. Only saving grace was the sweet girl at the front who seemed embarrassed when I showed her the bagel. She noticed me waiting longer than I should have for the remade bagel and grabbed it for me because the workers remade it and just sat it behind other food. They could not care less with solving the issue. Horrible customer service.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this store, but it’s going downhill for a while, the coffee Sometimes you have to tell them to replace it cause it’s old or there’s nothing at all, they prefer to close the coffee instead of replacing it or making a new one, and then you have to wait Like 20 minutes to get your food and then when you get it, it’s cold, when you ask for extra stuff, they barely do it so you’re wasting money asking for extra stuff, before the store was good but now it’s bad. Manager is also awful. I’ve been there in that store and I’ve seen people stealing in front of their faces and it’s like nobody cares. And I’ve been trying to look at someone to tell them and they’re always on their world.

Big woman behind the counter consistently asks for ID when her coworker as well as most of the staff have never asked me for ID because I’m there every other day and am clearly over 21 and they have scanned about half a dozen versions of my ID. My current circumstances make getting a new ID very difficult otherwise I’d have no problem showing it. This wouldn’t be as big of an issue if they were consistent with ID checking but they are the only 24 hr place I can get cigarettes within walking distance and it’s frustrating that going to this Wawa is a gamble if I need cigarettes late at night since nowhere else is open.
Side note: I had an interview here and didn’t get hired despite being more qualified than most people currently working there so maybe if they hired more competent people this Wawa would have a better reputation but as someone who’s been going here for over 20 years it’s become such a hassle going to this location.

This Wawa has consistently been one of the worst Wawa‘s I have ever visited. Every time I go there. I have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a sandwich to be made. Staff is rude. It’s dirty. Understocked. I don’t understand how Wawa corporate has not addressed this issue. Such a shame that and establishment that is supposed to be convenient. Always ends up being inconvenient. I have stopped going here and my last experience today I got a refund because I had to once again wait over 20 minutes for one sandwich to be made. Unacceptable and inexcusable.

Please teach your staff how to make a proper sub. Salt, pepper, and oregano go on top of the sub, not on the meat, and the same goes for the oil; oil does not go on the bread before the mayo. It goes on top of the lettuce. This sub is dry. I forgot to mention I asked for extra oil too, smh.

I don’t understand how you could hire such incompetent people. Every single time i go to this location or get door dash from this location something is either missing or just completely wrong. like if the receipt says breakfast bagel then why the hell are you packing a bag without a breakfast bagel?

The service in this place is terrible, I asked one of the employees to help me, far from helping me, he ignored me. I do not recommend this place at all because it is not the first time that this happened to me on another occasion, they gave me the wrong order and only They told me that if I wanted the order, I should leave it.

Doordasher drivers dont take orders from here. You will lost time and money. They take very long time to do the orders.
