There are only a few people thst don't make your frozen drink a sloppy mess. I asked a manager why they do that n would he like that dripping all over his car and all he said was "I understand" and that they are supposed to fill it to the top...no apology at all. But i guesd thats what you get for having a young manager that basically oonly flirts with the young girls that are working his shift... I'm done with this wawa and I stop here 2 times per day....a bit of advice....most people would rather have a centimeter of space in their cup than a sticky dripping mess of a cup that is dripping all over their car. Should have been went to Starbucks!

Just want to say how downright disappointed I am in the service at this WAWA on Christmas Day.Thank you for being open, but hire better staff. You had one worker throwing buns behind the counter, one burning food and hugging other staff, and another talking about waiting on specific people's orders who complained about wait time.You workers should be ashamed of yourselves. Every customer in line complained about the lack of work ethic and lack of care in these orders. Shame on you. Your customers deserved a refund. Thank you for ruining my christmas night with rude, negligent staff.

Came here with my boyfriend to pick up a few things and we were able to find everything that we needed. The store was very organized and clean pretty much like your average wawa.

First things first, the staff in the deli area are extremely rude! I understand that Delaware no longer allows plastic bags in the store but I also know that the deli area is aloud to use the bags for the food that you order from them. When I asked for a bag for my food I ordered, the ignorant lady proceeded to argue with me about it as I sat there and watched her give other people bags. Also, y'all need to hire people that can understand and speak English better. They look at you like you're stupid and then will proceed to talk about you to their coworkers in Spanish. I know that they were talking about me and not only because they were looking at me and laughing while talking, but because I speak Spanish as well! This Wawa is ridiculous and not to mention, it's filthy! I'm over it at this point and this to me is a corporate matter! I know by writing this, nothing will change because y'all don't care about customer service and apparently don't care about how your so called employees act! I would expect a call or visit from corporate in the future because I'm over the disrespect I get from these people!

Tried making an order, and I must have been invisible. Your hired floor cleaner was literally ready to sweep my feet. No excuse me, no apology. I left my 50 dollar order and walked out. Where is the decency.

$8 for a southwest turkey chipotle panini. Place was not too busy and food came out fast. Efficient & well organized compared to other locations. Most people come to Wawa for gas ⛽️ and food is a secondary option. I come here specifically for the food when I’m on business travel between states. Aside from the amazing sandwiches, the salad & soups are also pretty awesome. The food quality here beats out many popular franchises ??. All that is missing is a few picnic benches

Easily the worst Wawa I've ever been to. Two adult women fist-fighting in the parking lot. Tons of shady people inside, no one running the register despite a line at least 10 customers long. Lots out of stock. *Avoid if you're passing through*

Customer service experience here was great, the guy unloading inventory asked me if I needed help, the cashier was fluidly bouncing between filling online orders and helping in store customers, overall the store is running smoothly and professionally.

This place has gone downhill so bad since the upgrade. Slow staff with people packed in like sardines waiting for their order, not to mention their selection of snacks has diminished by half since they are packing in the equipment to try and serve every kind of food known to man. Best part is the staff. One of them failed to secure the lid on my drink so the leather interior and dash of my car was soaked in a sticky wawa recharger. They should pay the $500 it took to detail my Lexus. They had to remove the front seats to shampoo the carpets. Thanks wawa. You used to be the best but now with the upgrades I think you bit off more than you can chew. Build a bigger store and train your staff better because the next spill mishap might be with hot coffee and it will be a lawsuit not just a bad Google review.

Who doesn't love Wawa?!?! I went in for a hoagie. No line which was great! I was able to order my sandwich quickly and pay for it. The only thing was that at checkout the employee kept telling the other workers to watch their language because customers were in the store. I could hear all of the inappropriate conversation which is the reason for three stars instead of four.

HORRIBLE! DISORGANIZED TEAM! THEY ABSOLUTELY SUCK! Taking there sweet time while customers are waiting for drinks. No coffee was refilled. It’s just that bad! Whoever is running the place should retrain these people. Enough said!
