I wish Wells Fargo had more conveniently located banks and/or ATMs.
This location is exhibit A: Lots of traffic and they placed a bank in-between 2 giant shopping malls. This is probably the least-convenient Wells Fargo to go to.
The ATMs at ALL locations could use an upgrade actually, they’ve looked the same and worked at the same speed since I was a pre-teen.
I will continue to bank with Wells Fargo, but I hope they move themselves forward especially after multiple, multiple corporate scandals that ended up being of felonious nature.
Do better corporate! Local staff is very helpful though shout out those guys 🤍

Went for assistance on an IRA account. The guy that I spoke with kept looking at his watch like I was wasting his time.

I'm so happy with my decision to bank with Wells Fargo. The Associated banker assistant helped me with my new account. Her name is Lisa Gerena. She was so professional and polite with me. Every question I asked her she answered with confidence. She was very knowledgeable about what accounts were going to be beneficial to me. Please go see her with all your banking needs. I promise you will get the Mrs. Lisa experience. Thank you for hiring a compassionate employee.

Everyone at this branch is always kind and attentive. They’ve helped us set up a debit card for our teenage daughter and manage our business banking. I wouldn’t want to use any other bank or branch.

The staff here are always very helpful and friendly. It can be hard to get an appointment if you just walk in, call ahead or set one up online. Wells Fargo loves to charge fees that they aren't entitled to free account fees, service charges and signing people up for things, keep an eye on your account.

The teller says she was the supervisor. I did not like my experience today. Get off of your high horse honey. It’s not your money. Your attitude really is hilarious the way you talk to your customers like you’re ready to just mess up their day. The service was as if she just wants to get people out her face. I see why your ratings are low.

Very short staffed, only one person working the counter while two others stood around and watched. Line out the door with no help in site. Find a different location or bank

I absolutely love this branch. Everyone is sweet, and quick. People give them a hard time because they don’t know much about how a bank operates. Just be patient and work with them people. They are doing the best of their abilities!!! Thank you guys for being awesome.

This has been the absolute worst experience I ever had waiting for service at a bank. Long lines, lots of red tape even for the simplest and smallest of transactions, and best of all, the female manager does literally nothing but stand around watching everyone from behind the counter. She sees there's a long line yet she doesn't help the tellers out by taking some of the customers. They have long lines but only one person, occasionally 2, running transactions behind the counter from what I've seen. Never again. This experience makes me glad I chose to stop banking here a few years ago. If you like having your time wasted, go to this bank.
