Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!!!!! I cashed a check and they give me $900 less than what the check was for, when I went inside to Speak to the manager I was told I had to wait for the employee who did the transaction to come back !!!! This is inconvenient and unprofessional

If I could give negative stars I would. Employees there do not want to work and suggest that you call the 800 number for help. I hope they close this branch.

The drive-thru is closed for lack of customer traffic. As a customer, there's no way to inform Google and the bank is having issues with getting Google to mention that.

Same story at each branch...not enough help to sit down n talk to Wells Fargo representative to help with banking .This is Poor customer service that one reason I Don't bank with Wells Fargo n I babk with credit union.

The person who opened my account, Martin, was very informative about the accounts I was opening but he was very snobby when given me certain responses and kept trying to laugh it off. I was very confused because I wasn’t rude on my end. Overall it just made me feel a little bit unwelcome and felt like I was being belittled. Hope for better service in the future.

This bank is the worst one of the wells Fargo branches in the area. Hate going there ,it seem employees have a negative attitude towars customers.One fat lady who works there is so rude and should seek a new job.

They have both a drive-up and an in-person atm. The bank tellers seem nice too.

Drive thru is available. There is also a walk up ATM. The bank is easy to get in and out of in the parking lot.
