I want to commend Delma N. for being one of the most courteous and respectful tellers I’ve ever encountered. He was truly helpful and treated me with so much grace. As someone who has invested thousands with this bank branch, it was incredibly refreshing to receive such excellent customer service. Great job on having such a wonderful team member interacting with customers!

I don’t even know where to start from, but Ms. Tauren should be the winner of the Wells Farbo banker of the year 2024 and next! Kudos to her colleagues for the great conversation we had! The entire team at the Tenth & Shipley branch deserves an Oscar!
Firstly, I got a call from her immediately after I scheduled an appointment to confirm that I have the required documents for opening of a business account which I highly recommend because it would save our time.
Secondly, we spent approximately 2hrs with setting things up and explaining the differences between the available business accounts, and asking me the right questions about my business to better understand what I needed. She walked me through the questionnaire and we decided on the type of business account that best fits my needs. I also opened a personal savings account to enable me achieve my financial goals — all by her help!
Thirdly, she was not in a hurry to let me go. She took her time to ensure that all my questions were answered and that I should feel comfortable to ask her questions or contact her again if I need help with anything else. We finished setting up my accounts, internet and mobile banking and I was able to deposit money into my accounts before leaving the branch. We had a good time, she cracked me up with her witty sense of humor and I almost passed out laughing so hard!
Lastly, I would say that she doesn’t see what she’s doing as a job, but as a lifestyle! It is like her life depends on helping people to succeed. Her charisma and personality traits were top-notch!
I have been in business for the past 20yrs dealing with bankers across the globe from Africa to Europe, Canada to the United States. I have NEVER had it so easy and amazing.

I'd went in to deposit a 10 dollar check. I advised the teller who was very welcoming that id filed a claim which had me at negative but I wasn't sure if he could cash it or just deposit it. When he ran it through it said I probably could cash it with an approval. He then called someone who did say hello, but once she saw the account she gave him an irritated look as if he should know that and then said we can't and walked away. I've been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years Mrs High Horse. It's not a big deal I told him to just deposit it. I felt as if my balance would have been in a positive id have a different attitude from her and I feel bad it was kind of embarrassing for the teller. I don't think I would visit your branch again. Please retrain her. Not a good look. It's ok to still say thank you have a great day and thanks for being a part of wells Fargo.

I run a law firm. They deposit client trust money into the wrong account basically all the time unless you hawk them on what they are doing.Most incompetent employees ever. Worst customer service. If you run a law firm, use Citizens Bank.

I have had nothing but outstanding Customer Service with every in Banking and Online Services. They treat you as if your concerns were theirs, and personalize every aspect of your problem. Before the Pandemic and during these horrible times they were there when I myself became ill and mother passed away unexpectedly. Having to live on a moderate income they treat me as if I were a billion dollar Customer. Thank you all Wells Fargo Family for Outstanding Service and I look forward to many more years to come.???

Absolutely Horrible.! Every time I come to this branch I have to wait an extremely long time. Every Friday they have two cashier line almost out the door. Today I came in on my lunch break in which I took at 1230 got to the bank about 1245. It's now 1:17 lunch break almost over, to wait for a replacement card. I'm so damn pissed
