This place is terrible in person and on the phone. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!! They closed my partners account without telling him so when it was payday his money was never deposited!! Then he was told he had to make a new account which we did in person and it took over an hour. He was told there would be no more issues however the next week he did not receive his pay on time. He called again and was told since it was a new account he has to wait 30 days to receive his pay early again which we were never informed and was told all of his account information would remain the same besides the routing and account numbers. Now they’re refusing to help us and as soon as he gets his money we will be closing the account immediately!!! Please bank with someone else if you care about getting your money in a timely manner and not being LIED to.

Tried twice to call WSFS to report foreign travel. They now for some ridiculous reason will only receive such info 3 days before the travel. I leave on a Monday so that requires that I call on a Friday only. Also, I had to punch 8-10 buttons to get to a human being. Horrible customer service.
