I've been to wsfs several times not having an account and got checks cashed no problem. I went today and they charged me 10.00 that was way over the top in these times of trying to stretch money for seniors which I am. I will encourage people not to bank there.

Both of my parents have Covid and they asked me to cash a check for them that was in my dad‘s name. I’m not a customer of WSFS but my parents are longtime customers. I told the teller I was cashing the check for my parents because they have Covid and they can’t get out of the house right now but the teller said because, I’m not a customer she is charging me $10 to cash the check. I said the money is not going to me it’s going to my parents who are customers of your bank and she said it doesn’t matter because I’m not a customer she is still going charge me $10. This bank nickels and dimes their customers, and it seems like they really don’t care. I will never bank with WSFS.

Was just in the “drive throughâ€. Definitely was not a good customer service experience. I was the only one in any of the lanes - took 15 minutes. Finally after 10 minutes the teller said she would be right with me - I asked if everything was okay - she said they had to take care of the inside customers first - really since when? When she finally gave me my $101 there was no thank you - nothing - not a word. It was a short, heavy set teller with glasses. She definitely needs to be schooled again in customer service.

Be careful if you're searching for a WSFS branch. There is no bank here, just a corporate center.
