these people do not answer the phone, i called 6 times to file a complaint and not once did they answer , i had to call the customer support to file my complaint and they couldnt even get ahold of this location ?. They are racist and discriminate every single time my dad comes in to deposit his check. Save yourself the time and do not open an account with these people. And to the young lady who was racist towards my dad, i did file a complaint against you.

Have tried calling this branch multiple times on multiple different days to schedule an appointment. Not once has the phone been picked up or has my message been returned. Terrible service.

LOST my $3,400 deposit today! yes, they found it after I threatened to call the police as soon as I realized my checks had not been deposited through the drive through by my daughter who did not check so i found out after she came home with a missing ticket for NO deposit. Horrifying, badly excused , and rudely handled, as they were "too busy to deal with me" when i called back to check. I was in tears! They said it would most likely have showed up the next day so i was wrong to threaten them with the police, but I think this is just WRONG and what do you do when you can't trust your bank, who can you call? Too big of a mistake to be "innocent" as they told me trying to excuse this. THINK TWICE

My father has banked with WSFS for a very long time and he's has fraudulent activities going on 4 months now and their fraud department has the audacity to insuate my 78 year old father is the cause of his account being compromised. We've done everything to include contact the police and nothing has been resolved yet WSFS has closed all of the disputes. They won't look at any surveillance photos of the person or persons responsible for stealing from him. I have never seen such disregard for someone who has trusted this bank with his money for 20+ years. I DO NOT recommend WSFS to anyone.

Gosh; I used the drive thru teller yesterday to get 2 rolls of quarters, and the inside teller could not have been nicer....she even delivered the rolls of quarters to my car....good job WSFS....you made one customer happy...thanks...billy...

Do not bank at this branch or any other WSFS branches ever. They do not care about their customers when it comes to compromised accounts. This happened to me years ago and now it’s happening all over again with my now future mother-in-law. This is why I switched years ago. Please take this warning into account when opening an account with these thieves and con artists. They tell you the wrong information and straight up lie to your face when giving you time frames. When someone is reliant on their disability funds to be able to survive, you should have your customers come first instead of stealing their money like the scam artists online. Shame on you WSFS, shame on YOU.

I am not the type of person to write bad reviews ever. But I dislike the fact that at least to me, the banks seem to change they're rules every single time I come in. One minute if I would like to cash a check, it's 3$, it's 5$ and now it's 8$ fees . I was also unaware by the fact that if you would like to exchange coins for cash, I need to bank with you. THAT NEVER HAPPENED . I appreciate that they did it for me "today", but still... I'm not understanding the concept of me needing to have an account with you to exchange my coins.
