Darlene was great! So much personality and helped me find my dream wedding band. Coming in with my engagement ring, she was able to be honest about which bands would match best with my ring. Was able to find a band I didn’t even expect to fall in love with. Would 100% recommend searching for your dream ring with Darlene.

I’m leaving three stars because my engagement ring was lost. In reality it was a 5 star moment. Between one sales rep Brittany and the manager darlene they saved the day and fought for my fiancé and myself! Walking away with a beautiful NEW ring and NEW protection plan and it’s all covered!

I went into Zale’s this afternoon for help with a Ring size and the sales associate Natasha was very helpful. She had such a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond. Thanks Natasha you made me feel so comfortable.

I was at the Concord Mall today with my 95-year-old father. He bought a new watch band at Boscovs. Since he hadn't purchased the watch there, they couldn't put the new band on. We sat at a table outside the store while I tried to replace the band. I got the old one off but could not get the new one on. After numerous failed attempts, I walked across the hall to Zales. One of the employees, Illya, asked if he could help me. When I told him my problem, he said he couldn't make any promises but would be happy to try to fix it. About 10 minutes later Illya had attached the watch band! When I asked him what the cost was, he said there was no charge, he was just happy to help. Illya went above and beyond for someone that wasn't even a customer! I really appreciated his help! In the future, Zales at the Concord Mall will be the first place I go any time I'm shopping for jewelry!

Darlene was amazing! Her whole energy made us feel very welcomed and couldn't be happier with her service it was excellent. My fiancé was able to find his forever ring all thanks to her. I love zales as it is but the zales outlet I went too, felt like a whole different environment.
