“I highly recommend Dave of Bay Shore Antique Refinishing. I bought a very large "barristers bookcase" (not antique) at auction. It was very beat up. There was mold on the back and the inside was riddled with white gunk. Paul restored it, told me it did not require stripping & refinishing but just a good clean up and two coats of varnish. There are 20 glass panes on the bookcase and he took out each pane to work on it properly! He is honest, meticulous and does high quality work and did not charge an exorbitant amount! Plus he will deliver within a certain radius. I am so glad I found Bay Shore Antiques and Dave!”

“Sweet Memories Antiques was an amazing stop! I've driven by a few times (I live about 40mins away) but I was visiting family in the area and they said it was a must see.. They were right!! I see some people feel like it's "cluttered," but this is the type of shop I dream about! ? Boutique-like consignment shops always feel more like a gift shop to me, and I loved the hunt here! Sooo many things to choose from, but I only let myself buy one thing (this trip ?). I ended up getting an Eye Wash Cup, which I've been wanting for my extensive collection of knick knacks and oddities. There's always online shopping these days, but I'd rather find a treasure the old fashioned way. The owner was so friendly and we need more people like her in this world.. We will DEFINITELY continue to shop here!”
