I have no idea how the woman who works at the front and has been there for years continues to be employed. I have never had a kind word or experience with her. And I have seen her be so rude to so many people and yet she is still there. Today was my last straw, I waited in line and when I got to the front I didn’t get a single greeting or look from her when I put my package on the counter, when she looks at the box and says “Nope. You need a different box.” And then walks away from me and starts a conversation with someone on the back. I got no explanation and was so shocked I just walked out.

I have no idea why the idea of delivering mail to the right apartment number is so difficult. The number is right there on the mail box and on the package in your hand.

Every month I mail a couple of bills through the postal box at the Camden Wyoming post office. Every month it takes about 2 weeks for my mail to arrive at the recipient. This is ridiculous and I really don't understand what takes so long. Very unhappy about the service.

I’ve been going to this post office for the majority of my life . Valerie has for the most part been semi pleasant. Not today. I walked in to pay my yearly PO Box fee . I’ve had this same box for at least 35 years . Today she wouldn’t let me pay for it and said it had been left unpaid for 2 years and that it was too late . Yet I personally pay for it every time they leave a bill. Then why have I been receiving mail then ? Why no notice ? Then I said I would back pay . Nope . That’s when she started screaming at me . Told me I was a thief and dishonest. Yet here I stand wanting to pay on my own merit . Like I just got an invoice … She continued to scream on my way out the door. That reminds me of the time I stood at the front counter for 8 min and nobody came to help me . Oh I could hear them saying there was a customer up front .so I left . That place is ghetto anyway. The grass is never cut , the spider webs are everywhere and the door slams . Why wouldn’t the employees match the building ?

If you could give negative I would. Many problems with this post office like main no being delivered when it should be . Went a whole week with no mail showing up once and then when my regular guy got back i got some of it . No mail on weekends ,when you have packages for delivery the guy on weekend almost always makes some excuse why the package couldn't be delivered . post office is not helpful in anything will refuse to call or find package they lost. they are worthless government employees who should be fired .People in the post office are rude and not helpful at all I would not recommend using this post office if you can >>

This was a lovely place to get my mailing done, away from the busy Dover, DE Post Office. Ever since an arrogant and rude woman has been consistently working on the left window, it's been an unpleasant experience. She treats customers badly and grunts when you thank or express your appreciation. I wish someone pleasant would take her place.

Have been shipping with this post office for the last four years. I have just been informed that I have to pay for boxes that are already paid for by my customers again this is the first time I’ve been informed of this in four years. The woman who wanted to argue with me, has also shipped these boxes for me before

Just went to the magnolia post office and was told Valerie or veronica whatever her name was is wrong Poshmark packages are covered by priority flat rate mail it costs me nothing to ship them. Don’t let this bossy woman with her 20of experience waste your time she Obviously she still doesn’t now How the post office works maybe it’s time for her to retire
In the photo below, you can see that it says that it can ship Priority, flat rate mail, as well as on the Poshmark website. I’ll stay safe and go to Magnolia Worth the extra drive

Was expecting a package today and it was important to have. Tracking said it was out for delivery and then a “delivery attempted, could not access driveway” message came. I WAS HOME AND NOTHING WAS BLOCKING THE DRIVEWAY. Didn’t even get our mail today. Ridiculous

By far the worst customer service and worst ran post office I've ever seen. I've done sent out 2 letters containing money orders and both never got delivered.....I've been held up in line many times so the worker can finish her business on her cell phone. Zero accountability what so ever...

Went to Camden/Wyoming post office on Tuesday April 30th to mail a package but was turned away because they would not take cash only credit cards. Ridiculous. Had to go to the Dover post office to mail my package. So much for customer service. Your tax dollars at work.
