I recently had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Mr. Curtis P., the Parts Sales Manager at AutoZone. Not only did he assist me in selecting and purchasing a new car battery, but he also took the time to educate me on its maintenance and personally installed it. His dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, truly embodying the role of a manager who leads by example. This outstanding experience has made me a loyal AutoZone customer.

On my road trip to Tampa Bay from Texas, I started having some battery issues. I urgently needed to get down there to deliver some supplies to the hurricane victims. Curtis greeted me immediately as I walked in the door and quickly helped me diagnose the issue with my truck so that I could get back on the road and continue my travels. Curtis was knowledgeable and professional and honestly a lifesaver today. Thank you.

I was on my way to Georgia and I had an issue with my coil pack on my car. I stopped in this AutoZone and asked for a scan. I let the store manager George know that I could change it and he gave me the direction to get it done. I had to ask a few more questions to complete it and he was super helpful!
Just a HUGE shout-out to this manager. There is no way I would have been able to replace that coil pack without his help. And thanks to his associate for going to his toolbox to get a part to take the cover off.

Great experience with the employees of this store. I came in asking for a recommendation on a product to improve the paint on my vintage car. They took the request very seriously. One young man (I will update later with his name) gave me good advice and encouraged me to return with the car so he could see the paint. I did, and he went outside, looked at the paint, told me things I didn't know, told me why I needed to be careful with products and application, and recommended exactly what to do. Wow. So impressed and thankful. Customer service drives my loyalty far more than price. This is my new go-to store for all things automotive!
