It needed a good buff, some trim pieces painted and replaced, and his back hatch fixed (as it no longer stayed open). They scheduled us at a time that was convenient for us. And when the replacement parts for his broken hatch came back at over $1500 to replace, they helped brainstorm with us cost effective ways to get the function from the hatchback we needed, without the cost of full replacement.They successfully solved our hatchback issues at a fraction of the cost.
