Second or third time that I have booked an appointment online to show up to a closed office with a note stating they would open at a later time. If there is time to leave a note on the door stating the office will not be open as normal then please have the courtesy to contact already scheduled patients to reschedule their appointments. However, the phlebotomists are great and the service is fast if they are actually in the office.

No one answers the phone. Went there on Friday office closed no note on the door. My doctors office has NEVER received my results, I have to go by and ask them to fax them, I have also had to delever them to my doctor myself. It's been almost a month and I still don't have my results and they won't answer the phone today.

No one picks up the call - tried 3 times in last 1 week. I asked for my blood report to be sent to my email id. I have not gotten it yet, after a week. Walk in was easy though - but they need to improve a LOT in customer service through phone.

If you want to feel seen, heard and cared for visit this lab.I had an issue with my lab results. I called the number listed on my lab results. I gave a very emotional dissatisfied complaint. They escalated my complaint and within an hour I received a call from the owner.Not only did she provide absolutely outstanding customer service but she also created a resolution. The most awe inspiring part is that she handled it with such grace and beauty she now has a lifetime patron and an advocate for her business.I have had a chronic disease for 26 years which requires semi annual or annual blood work monitoring. I feel seen, heard and cared for!I told her I will never forget her kindness and I won't!Jill, Thank you for being my rainbow amidst the storm.

Wow!I booked my appointment online after hearing about the decompression rooms on FB.I got a confirmation and a reminder text prior to my appointment.When I walked in they already had everything ready to go. They also gave me a punch card that earns you a free visit once you’ve been a certain amount of times.I got to choose from three different rooms, I chose the galaxy room. They offered additional services to add onto your room, I chose the LED face mask. This was the best 20 minutes I’ve had in a LONG time. Just relaxing and watching the beautiful colors. I will be back!
