People are nice hut to spend an hour with three employees to still leave without a adapter for the pvc project sucks. It’s like you still e better off just having them take you to the isle and then that’s it.

Zach was who helped me turn a bad experience with my online order into a good buy in the store he was so polite and an all around happy person ever time I seen him though out the store someone give him a raise instead of just a good job 👏 he went above and beyond and feel he would do the same to every customer great job Zack keep smiling and being a happy person

Called for information on buying a mower, after getting someone on the phone who answered questions with questions and sounded like a Parrot, I hung up.. If they want my Buisness they will need to hire people who are helpful

So many helpful people at this store: Chaz, Nimai, Josh, Kevin and Amine are just to name a few. They are equally as helpful if I'm there alone or with my husband. Also love how our two Chihuahuas can come with us and socialize from the cart.

Great home improvement store! Everything from tropical plants, yard flags, appliances, paint, tools! You name it, they got it! If you're a veteran, you can get a discount! We love Lowe's!!!

Amazing staff service! I went there this Saturday and the staff was beyond helpful. They were polite and very hardworking. We brought our dog with us to the garden center and one employee gave him some water, which was so sweet.
I happened to need another bag of seeding straw and they went above and beyond to get it for me. I would definitely recommend this Lowe's, as the staff are always beyond kind.

It really is upsetting to have to leave a negative review on a company but when you see things to the degree that this store operates something needs to be addressed. This location is the worse I’ve never seen a store to operate. Feels like entering the Twilight zone service is ridiculous. Really wish they’d bring a Home Depot to Alachua! If they can’t hire better help than what they have here they should just close their doors cause they’re doing a disgrace to Lowe’s as a corporation.

I hate to see Lowe's go the route of Walmart and cut costs by eliminating check-out cashiers. Watching the poor lady manage 4 machines and the associated customer issues was disheartening. The associate even said she would be so much faster at a register. Lowes is convenient when it comes to products, but unless you're a severe introvert, the machines are not?
