Customer service representative told me there is no cash back. I did not ask for cash back. I never had the need to use cash back in my life, if I needed cash there is an ATM that accepts both my federal banks. Suggesting cash back is in itself discriminatory, because it is implying that I have no money and thus need to use this type of service. I spoke with Mr Brandon (supervisor) about his representatives behavior in addressing me in particular about this incident, he blew me off basically, and, I am not really sure if he understands how serious this really is- which is questionable for someone that is responsible for the standards of this establishment. As a result, I am writing this review and further reporting this incident to corporate for an investigation into this matter. this is unacceptable especially for Publix. Neither the supervisor (Brandon) or his associate apologized for this repulsive behavior, therefore I would strongly recommend caution visiting this store for everyone seeking an acceptable standard of service and professionalism- as well as being victim of interpretation by staff and suggesting services according to appearance, race or anything else.

Publix had all the vacation essentials and fun water toys to enjoy the springs. We got a couple of pub subs which are always a hit. The employees here were super friendly as well!
