I have been using this local neighborhood Shell station for over 13 years. I have NEVER had a problem. I never use a card at the pump - it's not reccomended. I am always asked if I want a receipt. The people who work there have always been nice and courteous. It needs to be known that when a gas station is closed the pumps don't work. It seems like these bad reviews are coming from rival gas companies who are taking over the north and central Florida area.

Absolutely livid after trying to fuel up late at night. Tried to use my credit card three separate times and the pump kept approving my card but not letting me pump gas. I went to make sure that my card wasn’t charged and it was charged $200 three separate times and took up some of my available credit and now my card is locked because of the transactions. With not many stations with cashiers late at night I barely made it to one to be able to pay with cash before I ran out of gas because my card no longer worked. I frequent this gas station many times because it’s close to my house but you have lost a customer for life. Get it together. Probably won’t frequent shells anymore if this is how they do business.

Had to drive here from Gainesville which was like 20 miles because I needed to use a gift card that only they accept. I called ahead of time and they told me they closed at 11 PM on a Thursday and when I got here at 10:45 the lights are on and then someone came in and lock the door and turned all the lights off immediately after I got in the parking lot. So thank you for those pointless extremely long trip!

Dishonest and manipulative business practices seem to be encouraged by management here. Over the last 6 months I have had to refuel at this station multiple times, and EVERY time their pumps failed to print a receipt. Requests for said receipts, made of the cashiers INSIDE the store, always start with solicitations for additional purchases 2 or 3 times before they argue with me about dollar amounts on the transactions.By intentionally disabling the pump receipt printers, they force fuel-only customers to come inside and increase the likelihood of impulse-purchases. By further insisting their workers upsell at every opportunity, management clearly views customers as potential dollar-signs rather than people who have places to be. All this, combined with the cashier's inability or unwillingness to understand "my vehicle is still at the pump, so the most recent transaction is mine," they have officially lost yet another customer. In this case, said customer drives >1,500 miles in an average week and represents close to $4,000 per month of guaranteed fuel sales.I advise all who value their time to avoid this location, as clearly the owners/management view you as nothing but potential profit.

System does not work with the rewards systems like kroger plus and fuel rewards and no customer service.
