I had purchased new tires, a level lift and new rims for my truck here and the service I received was above excellent. I don't normally do reviews however when I have a flawless experience I feel very motivated to do so. Danny Mansolo had been helping me via phone for quite some time. I live in Orlando but grew up in Bell, so I am in the area often. Through a few phone calls he helped me with choosing the right rims for me and for my truck. I also have never been happier with a set of tires in my life!! I did my research on what type of level lift I should get and what is the safest and most durable. With Danny's assistance that also was a smooth process. The truck has been so awesome to drive, it's 24 years old and there's not a place I go someone does not offer to buy it or compliment me on it. The products I purchased are solid, the service that was performed was excellent and I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the customer service Danny provided without using the word stellar!! Down here where I live you just cant find a good work ethic in the service industry, everyone is just out for a buck. I knew I was going to write a review on the customer service but I wanted to give it a bit so I could honestly testify to the workmanship and products as well. To me, and to most folks in the N FL area, we want a great place to take our trucks. I found that place! Fuel Blitz rims, Michellin LTX AT-2 and Rough Country 3"suspension kit. I am one happy camper !! Thank you Danny!! I've sent 2 people to him already and they are just as thrilled as I am.

TFT in WI incorrectly installed a Roadmaster Invisibrake system on my brand new Jeep. The Jeep dealer tells me that the work they did voided the warranty on the vacuum pump that was destroyed by their error. The Jeep is kept in SWFL w/RV so weeks ago I scheduled an appointment with Vince at the TFT Alachua store to attempt to repair the issue. I flew to Fort Myers to drive the Jeep to Alachua. I was on the road for 2-hours headed to my appointment in Alachua when Justin called me to tell me to reschedule. I leave town tomorrow. Thank you very much for nothing; never again will I purchase anything from TFT! Good luck.

My Highlander has a lowering kit, and I had an issue with one of the struts. Danny and Justin got me taken of fast! Great customer service from the initial phone call to fixing the problem. THANKS, GUYS!!!!!
