This place is phenomenal. The interior decorations are incredible. The food was great and the bakery goods for dessert were delicious.

Stop by if you enjoy supporting a business ran by yet another rude, misogynistic man. For a small business owner, you’d think he’d know something about respect. unfortunately, no. Stop by Winn-Dixie and buy Tazo brand tea instead

The owner is not a friendly person, you would think running a shop that is in the service industry that the owner would display a more professional attitude that extends past the shop doors. This place will no longer be receiving any of my business.

Moved into beautiful Victorian house. Busy day; took a while for the high tea to be served. Tea was lukewarm. Most foods presented in the tray were very good. Waitress was great.

My friend and I visited this tea house. Ambiance and tea were excellent. However, I felt the owner might be racist by his mannerism (I'm not a white person, but my friend is.), and I felt uncomfortable being there. Even though tea was wonderful, I won't go back again.

The good: the pastries were delicious. The ambience was nice. The staff were friendly and attentive. The bad: the savory food was absolutely disgusting. I have never in my life had egg salad with celery, onions, and bell peppers. Would have been fine but it did not taste good. The broccoli soup we had looked over cooked like it spent days cooking in a crockpot, it was brown. Multiple people in our party did not finish their savory sandwiches. Also during our visit we were told we could only order large pots of tea as they didn’t have enough small pots to an accommodate us. The price of the large pots are not on the menu and honestly I still don’t know how much they were. The ugly: while the staff were nice I am still baffled by a weird situation we had. We made a reservation for 10. We were told we would be sat at tables 5 and 5 which is what we wanted. But when we got there we were sat at a table for 8 and a small side table for 2 next to it. There was a whole large unused table in the room with us. We asked if we could sit at that table as the tiny table for 2 was uncomfortable and left those two people out of conversations at the big table. The waitress told us no we could not sit at the other large table. She did not give a reason why. No one ever came and sat at it.Some people in my group are more forgiving and will probably be back but I definitely won’t.I would say stick to the pastries and a small group if you come.Editing to add: this place also only allows cash tips for their servers, but you do not find out until the end when you go to pay. They gave some cockamamie reason about Florida taxes or whatever, but in reality, they’re shorting their servers their tips, because who is going to leave, go get cash, and come back? I wonder how many times their servers have been stiffed by customers?

We visited the teashop, had tea and a pastry. The atmosphere and everyone that we interacted with was very nice.

We had my daughter’s bridal shower there yesterday. The owner is kind and very accommodating. Prices were fair and there were no surprises. The tea and food is good. They made it easy to host a charming event.

I loved the ambiance and the "experience" of high tea. I've never been to a place like this and I was very glad for the experience. However, I have to say I feel it is VERY overpriced for what you get. Both the egg salad and chicken salad had something like a 5-1 ratio of celery to chicken or egg! They were both loaded with celery! Perhaps that is how the small sandwiches are supposed to be? And of course there were very small cucumber sandwiches with cream cheese; all those were for the "main course". The middle course was a scone, and a variety of small desserts such as a cream puff was on top For the price per person, I expected the finest of ingredients for these little sandwiches, not just celery. You can honestly get the all-you-can-eat shrimp at red lobster for less than what I paid for this lunch.
