If I could give a zero stars, I would. The pharmacy billed my insurance company for a prescription that they did not give me because they were out of it. My husband has also had the same thing happen - billed for prescriptions he did not receive. Although the staff was very pleasant, the system they use is fraudulent.

Visted 2/24/24 for rapid covid test. They don't seem to have a clue what they are doing nor care.
Do yourself a favor and visit a different location. Waste of money here.

Coming from the hospital with my wife after a stay with major cancer surgery one perscription had been filled but not the other. The individual at the drive through window projected a 'I don't want to be here attitude' in fact stating he had just gotten back from lunch 5 minutes ago. I would have to wait for another 15 minutes or drive 30 minutes back at a later time. This doesn't sound like a lot of time but when your wife is sitting there in pain and when asked if they could get it a little faster being told we have handicaped people come in here all the time. Both supscriptions called at the same time but only filling at different times is not ok. I had stopped using Walgreens some time ago for the I don't care attitudes of employees and if I can get my wife to change it would be good moving forward. There are many more pharmacies that want business.

The long nailed, nasty batch that supposedly manages the place just threatened me. Wrong move. Consequences coming. What a shame that such good staff has to work for her. She is ignorant and cares more for her nails than Customers. What a waste. You just lost a loyal customer.

Grossly incompetent. Lost my order and can't find it. Was supposed to be delivered days ago. I've spoken with three different associates, been hung up on multiple times, and they still can't figure out what's going on.

This place is awful. I take a ADHD medication of which my doctor called in twice to this pharmacist. I was told it would arrive two days prior to when it actually arrived. When arrived they stated it would cost $350. When given my discount code from my app that my doctor gave them they stated that it would cost MORE! What? The pharmacist stated it would cost $425. How? After a discount code mind you. Then when the nice boy tried helping me at checkout he spoke to a women that I believe was the pharmacist and she talked very rudely and not professional at all coming from someone whom works in healthcare myself. What a disappointment. Won’t shop there for medications again. Vote Publix all the way in alachua FL!

Came here for a flu test. I was so sick. The person the greeted me( if that’s what you want to call it) Josh, was so rude. He seems quite upset to have to do his job. There was no kind of “customer service “ from him. Thankfully this isn’t my pharmacy. From one tech to another, you can do better, Josh.

The drive through window person was waiting on a customer, never acknowledged the fact that I was there, never said "I will be with you shortly"...... I waited at least 15 minutes before he acknowledged the fact that I was there. The prescription I was going to pick up was called in the early morning hours. He stated that they were going to fill it tomorrow. WHO DOES THAT?!!! People go to the Dr's, to get a prescription, they are to start using it immediately, not wait a day or two, or more. Whenever they feel like they want to fill it or get the medicine shipped in because they do not stock it. We have had several bad experiences with the Walgreens pharmacy.

pharmacy at this store is slower than molasses running UP a hill in January in North Dakota. No matter how many staff there are on duty, they just cannot keep up. Suggest avoiding the wait and using another pharmacy.

I won't to thank the doctors at the alachua branch my temperature was 200+ not only did they attend to me they followed me home to make sure I was ok and taken to the doctor,,my heart goes out to them and I am forever ❤️ great ful. L. Darling
