Hours: Dollar General is a popular discount store that offers a wide range of products at affordable prices. The store is generally well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and a reasonably clean overall environment. However, customers have reported issues with the self-checkout machines not always functioning properly. The store can get busy, especially in the afternoons and around lunchtime on weekends and holidays. Customers appreciate the large aisles that accommodate both shopping carts and scooters, as well as the friendly and polite customer service. Many customers find Dollar General to be a convenient alternative to larger retailers like Walmart, saving them time and money. Some customers have expressed a desire for the store to add a meat department, which they believe would further improve the shopping experience and reduce the need to visit Walmart. Overall, Dollar General is seen as a reliable and accessible option for budget-conscious shoppers in the area.
