Well Almost Everytime we rent a movie it has has the little blue square and it will not play on any blue ray ,we've tried four different ones and not only is it a waste of Gas,Time,we've called y'all on this Three,times y'all made it good and gave me a coupon for a free movie ,will you please explain to me what the blue square is for ?what do they play on?is it for a Computer,? We're big fans OF RED BOX BUT NOT UNLESS WE CAN PLAY THE MOVIES YALL NEED TO PLEASE FX THIS ISSUE WE WILL BE GLAD TO KEEP RENTING ,WEVE LOST $8.00 SO FAR RECENTLY AND MY CHILD WAS BROKEN HEARTED HELP THANX MELODY BURNS
