4 PETS GROOMING..ABOVE EXCEPTIONAL We've been loyal customers of 4 PETS Grooming at their Altamonte Springs location for some time now, and we recently decided to try out their mobile grooming service. We were not disappointed! The groomer and van arrived promptly at 8:00 am, and from there, everything went smoothly. The groomer did an exceptional job with both of our golden doodles, and it was evident that they enjoyed the grooming experience more with the mobile service, avoiding the stress of a car ride to the grooming facility. Both the van and the facility in Altamonte Springs are immaculately kept, reflecting the high standards of 4 PETS. The groomer was not only professional but also displayed genuine care for our pets, which was heartwarming to see. Having tried other groomers in the area, we can confidently say that 4 PETS stands out for their extraordinary professionalism and the level of care they provide, both in their mobile unit and brick-and-mortar facility. If you're looking for a top-notch grooming service for your pets, we highly recommend giving 4 PETS a try!

We definitely didn't want to take our old dog anywhere that he could be exposed to other dogs. I called around, and 4Pets was the only mobile groomer who responded. As a matter of fact, she said, "I can come today at 5:15," and she was early! She spent 2 hours with Arthur, he loved her, and he looked gorgeous when she finished--not too long, not too short, just right. And the price was reasonable. We'll use them again.

Wonderful service! My Shih Tzu was exactly what I wanted. Great work. I recommend definitely. The price is exactly what I paid last year at Petco last year in store. This is a mobile groomer.

I'm calling them again today for this wknd! He came & did my Husky, Loki, & not only was it convenient, but he did an AWESOME job! Was a little pricey the first time, but I totally expected that on a long-haired dog who never was groomed before (we had to give the dog a home since my bf's sister could no longer care for him)! The groomer was SO good w/Loki, he had taken the muzzle off of him within a few short minutes, & they became fast friends! Definitely recommend!!

We've used them in the past when we lived in Altamonte and they've always done a wonderful job. The owner came out to where we live now and his work is supberb. Always leaves our boy looking clean and smelling fresh and ot will last for a long time. This is an excellent pet grooming service!!

Very impressed with the quality work they provide. I was concerned about my 2 pups because they’re really hyper. So happy my pups did well. Professional, quick and affordable. Excellent job.

Left two voicemails and texted twice and not even a reply to state they are over booked, out of business or anything. Still seeing the van ridding around, parked on the side of roads, etc. Its extremely odd, I had 2 dogs and was trying to gift getting my neighbors dog done as well. This all seems a bit crazy to me. Noticed I am not the only one with this problem also.

These guys never pick up there phone. Have tried calling them for service on my dogs atleast 5x. Left voice mails and everything. Dont waste your time. Not sure why they are even in business or if they even are. Be professional.

I followed the instructions on their website to get an appointment and they didn't respond. I waited a couple of days and someone finally messaged back with "We can do your dog ". I replied asking for a time and date and no reply. They must not need the business or care enough to follow through on their own instructions. I couldn't imagine what it would be like if I did get an appointment. Would they even show up?

This review is solely based off of a certain employees poor attitude that I had to experience this morning. Karen pulled into an already very congested gas station that had an abundance of trucks and trailers trying to get fuel at one end, and open pumps at the other end that you could not manipulate a trailer into. While backing into a pump that I waited for for nearly 5 minutes, Karen whips in like she owned the gas station and pulls right behind me into the pump I'm backing into. I very politely asked if she could relocate to a pump, and that I have been waiting for this one and her response was it wasn't her problem, she had places to be. Fantastic attitude Karen.
