This 7-Eleven location in Altamonte Springs faces some challenges, but also has its advantages. The store has a prime location on the corner of two major intersections, providing good convenience. However, the narrow aisles can make it difficult to navigate, especially when customers are using the coffee or slushie machines. The food options are mixed - the Big Bite sandwiches are tasty, but the buns are often too hard. The mini tacos are a hit, with a good level of spice. Overall, the staff are described as hardworking, though not always friendly. A key issue for this 7-Eleven is the strong competition from neighboring businesses. Wawa, located directly next door, is seen as having better service, rewards programs, and food options. Walgreens, Target, and Walmart across the street also provide alternatives for customers. One reviewer had a particularly negative experience, describing poor service and unwillingness from staff to help with a cash app transaction, despite the store being listed as offering that service. This left a bad impression and made the customer choose not to make any additional purchases. In summary, this 7-Eleven has a convenient location but faces stiff competition and some operational challenges. While the staff are generally hardworking, the store could benefit from improved customer service and food quality to better compete with neighboring businesses.
A convenient stores first priority should always be speedy customer service. Stocking is side work. Customers should be your primary focus. That said...every single time I come into this location I have to wait for the employee to finish whatever task or side job they're doing before I can be tended to. Which is outrageous.

Cashier was very helpful. She is normally very pleasant when I do stop there which isn't often.

This 711 smells like spoiled milk literally every time I’ve gone there for the last year. Someone needs to do some serious cleaning.
