I entered the store to purchase an item behind the register. The bald girl who was at the register was extremely rude. I pointed to the item I wanted and she told me "next time don't point just say what it is that you want." I was so perplexed that I asked her to repeat herself And when she did, I asked why can't I point? Her response was "because no one tells me what to do." but yet here she trying to tell me what to do by demanding that I not point at the item I want. I became irritated and called her a hypocrite and she accused me if having an attitude. I don't come into the store to be talked down to or instructed on what to do with my body by a 7 eleven cashier. I would strongly recommend customer service training, or maybe even a mental facility for this confused little girl.

Fix your sprinkler! I drive by this location at around 5:15pm every day and there has been a sprinkler shooting water up in the air for months.

the staff here are really nice and have severely improved over the many years I have lived in the Altamonte Springs area. the day shift does the best they can with the amount of customers that come in here and it's truly amazing. the night shift employees are really kind and I have seen them working here for a long time. It's good to see such a turnaround that can happen when there are staff that care about their jobs and store! Keep up the good work!

BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION. I GAVE THE GUY WITH CASH TO PAY FOR MY ITEM, THEY GAVE ME SHORT IN CHANGES for .50 cents. WHEN I COUNTED AND CONFRONTED THE GUY, HE SAID COME BACK NEXT TIME TO GIVE ME BACK. AND HE IGNORED ME.... REALLY?? WOULD YOU LET ME PAY LESS THAN THE ITEM COSTS?

I am a frequent visitor to this location. This is the first time I’ve had a poor experience. I paid for a can of Skoal and a few other items. Upon returning home, I noticed this item was missing.Upon returning to the store the clerk rudely quipped that she put the item in the bag. She was nasty and defensive. doubt i will be back.

Every time I noticed I go into this particular place try to use any cards even if its my EBT or my credit card or my cash appTheir system never seem to workI kept telling the man I have $31.00 on my snap he ran a $4.00 2 time it keep saying I own them $4.00 got home check my card $31.00I have had enough thats why I come on here is it just me or what ?

I never thought I would be rating a gas station but this place is just awful. They rarely honor advertised prices. For example signs around the store and on items like ‘Monster, 2 for $4.25’. They just won’t give you that price and there’s nothing you can do. They take forever ringing up purchases and gas, like no one there knows what they are doing. I’ve called and filed support tickets twice to bring it to someone’s attention and nothing has changed. The first time I never even got a call back. I wish this place would change ownership/management or just close so another gas station can take it’s place.

The one star is only for one employee...the rest of the staff is amazing especially Lisa. I've been coming here for 12 years and this is the first time I've had this problem ANYWHERE...the short maybe Indian lady at the counter wouldn't sell me alcohol because my ID was a passport... She said "management" wouldn't allow her to sell alcohol without a drivers license... This is so wrong for so many reasons...I'm a bartender and ID people daily and if a passport is decent enough of an ID to let you travel out of the country it's enough to let you buy beer... Anyway, this is the second time she's told me she wouldn't allow me to purchase alcohol, and the second time I've driven up the road to the next 711 to use my passport to purchase what I needed. I've also spoken to other employees at this 711 to ask if management wouldn't allow passports as forms of ID and they've all told me they've heard of no such rule. She's losing business for this location and it's just a sheer inconvenience.

Really bad experience, asked lady to bake fresh tender, she insist to give me the one was already done, so i got it and i see was very bad by touch it, them i gave it back and she still insisted was good, im not coming back here anytime soon.

Worst 7-11 ever!!! The c*** behind the cash register should be fired so unfriendly and unhelpful. She was so terrible I do think I'll ever go back to another 7-11 as long as I live!! Thanks for nothing!
