Update: I have been following up diligently and the issue has still not been fixed. I have getting the runaround for months. I reached out to Aaron today and he said that the delivery was made to him but after seeing my review he is not going to replace the damaged couch. If I have a problem to come see him and tell him to his face. I even told him that I would retract my review if he in fact came through on his promise. Unbelievable...\n0 stars was not an option. I would never buy from this place again. The owner lied to us about having our furniture in a few weeks which turned into months. We finally received our furniture and it was all damaged. I feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon Aaron Fine Furniture. My wife and I were looking for new living room furniture and we shopped 5 or 6 different big box stores. After several days of looking we decided to buy a power sectional from Aaron. The quality is as good or better than any of the places we went and the prices were on average about 35% lower. We had the chance to meet Aaron himself and purchase directly from him. The furniture was delivered same day and In perfect condition. Aaron was in constant contact with us throughout our search and gave us recommendations that were extremely helpful. I can’t imagine wasting my time shopping around again.

0 stars was not an option. I would never buy from this place again. The owner lied to us about having our furniture in a few weeks which turned into months. We finally received our furniture and it was all damaged. Not to mention the place that they hired to deliver the furniture damaged our home. They sent a repair man to "fix" the new furniture. I never agreed or paid the price of damaged furniture. I thought I bought and paid for new furniture. The repairman also deemed one of the items irreparable. I have been waiting months for the new item. I've called the owner many times to get updates or status because he never follows up. He knows I am calling and avoids my calls. When I speak with him he seems to forget which customer I am. I hope no other are going through this. Unprofessional and a bunch of thieves. Buyer beware.

Should be 0 stars! READ!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!! In march of 2021 I purchased 10K of furniture for my whole house from aaron. He said my bed frame would be here within 2-4 months due to the crazy covid suply issues. It has been a year and a half. He doesnt answer calls or messages. Has to re-order my bed a month ago after it being ordered for a year and a half and now wont get back to me!! I have everything but my $2300 bed set and it's ridiculous. We have bough from aaron for years and we will try never to again. Terrible businessman

I had the best experience at Aaron's Furniture! The furniture is very good quality and very in style for fantastic prices! Don't even bother going to big name furniture stores, you'll spend a fortune for something super cheap quality. Go to Aaron's!!!! Aaron truly cares about his customers and is very knowledgable.
