Was contacted asking am I out of cpap supplies or need of any supplies. (Good) Nevertheless, the female representative was very "gruff" and condensing towards me. I would prefer not being contacted by her in the future.

They send the wrong CPAP equipment, or don’t send the equipment you order at all, call center rude and hard to get a hold of. Don’t use this medical supplier. Aweful experience. Antiquated system of ordering. Switching to Nationwide. Complete barrier to care with American home patient
