Kojak was extremely helpful and patient while assisting me with my phone. He explained everything clearly, made sure my issue was fully resolved, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth. Excellent customer service — thank you, Kojak!

My fiancé took her phone to this Apple Store to get fixed. The back of her phone had shattered. They quoted her an hour to do the work and $160 for a cost. When she got the phone back, they said that they had messed something up inside and they’re willing to order her a brand new phone to replace it For $160. Now she’s traveling this weekend without a phone and she won’t have the ability to contact anybody. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to rely on a company to help and they make matters worse by breaking the phone completely the staff here does not care. And then they want to bill you when they make matters worse.

I bought a phone for my brother on 11/1 and the staff was great, especially Johnny. Johnny had terrific knowledge on all of the newest products in the store and was a pleasure to work with. He was an excellent sales associate. Thank You!

Stood here for 20 minutes, not a single employee came to ask if I needed help. It took 20 minutes for the security of the store to come ask if someone had helped and when I said no he mentioned to go check in with a lady. Mind you, employees looked at me and didn't bat an eye, others were texting and just talking with each other. Zero care in the world. Walked out because I just didn't want to spend my money with them. If you wanna browse, great store. If you come needing help, good luck.

The salesman appeared uninterested. Didn’t give specs on phone, just the price. The lady who set up the phone kept disappearing and I had to tell her several times my texts weren’t synced. Then she left for the day and didn’t say anything so Maria assisted me when I asked for help. Maria was wonderful! She multitasked and assisted me and two other customers! Thank you Maria! I will visit another location for my business needs.

A huge shout out to Kevin at the Genius Bar for his help today with my OS issue! He stayed with me well into his lunch time to make sure I was all set up and the issue was resolved! I saw lots of people being helped in the store with excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Horrible Experience — Unprofessional, Discriminatory, and Unacceptable
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at an Apple Store. The employees were unprofessional, rude, and displayed an appalling lack of respect or customer care. Their attitude was dismissive and arrogant, and to make matters worse, discriminatory remarks were made — and nothing was done about it.
The manager showed zero professionalism or leadership. Instead of addressing the issue or holding the employees accountable, they brushed it off as if it didn’t matter. That’s not just bad management — that’s complete failure.
The minion team needs serious retraining, and honestly, many of them should be fired for how they treat customers. Apple should be embarrassed to have people like this representing their brand. I left feeling disgusted, disrespected, and shocked that this kind of behavior still happens in 2025.
If I could give zero stars, I would.

One of worst experiences ever! I'm ordering online now. The fluorescent lighting combined with bad service is extraordinary. I'm autistic and they treated me worse than horse crap. Never going back. Plus, they partner men alone with the girls vice versa to up sales. I saw it with my husband and had to run out of there before he purchased and got upsold a product. I give this place a minus ZERO if I could. Bad costumer service. I had to wait for diagnostics(you have to have a appt now) so they took me on side lines while my husband got treated like royalty by some college aged girl. Ya- no thanks. Never coming back.

I came here around 6:15pm. My appointment was at 6:20. No one was at the door to check me in so I sat down. Waited 40 minutes no way came over to ask anything. Finally got checked in and here I am at 7:37pm no one has came to me yesterday. Will not come back here at all.

La peor experiencia de mi vida, mi esposa compró un iPhone ahí y en una semana se ponía la black screen, and the explanation from the person who attended us was that the problem was the backup and that we should turn off the phone, bad attitude, high tone when speaking and in passing he tells me “so that you know I speak Spanish” I told him I don’t speak English and I don’t understand why he tells me that way since we are not speaking badly about you, I stood up and left
