Decided to get new phones for the holidays as a gift for each other. Went to this location as it is closer to home, went right after Christmas and the store was full which we thought we were going to wait a long time but no we waited about 5 minutes. Someone came up to us right away took our information and told us to wait until an associate came to us.Daryleen was amazing, she helped us get our new phones right away. She was quick and helpful. We were done with her before we knew it. She was able to put on the screen protector on each of our phones. We got an iPhone 15 pro and iPhone 15 pro max! She was the best. :) thank you !

Great experience. Nico was awesome. Very friendly, great personality. He was very helpful, explained everything. We were also getting help from Angel, also really great guy. Just a really great experience, just really great staff all around. I would highly recommend.

Terrible service .I had made appointment for 1:40 for a back glass replacement was told over the phone it should be 1-1.5 hrs when I arrive they tell me it’s 4.5hr wait .They told me they backed up my phoneAnd reset itThen when they gave me my phone back they lied to me telling me it’s the same phone when it was clearly a brand new phone . Then when I tried to get my phone back on the tech couldn’t get my phone to activate because it was clearly not my phone the tech walked away and told me to call me my provider even the service provider told me I had a different phone after I read them the IEM number . Then come to find out the tech never backed up my device so I proceeded to loose all my pictures, apps , contacts and important documents/information. Terrible service from the whole staff at the “genius” bar .

My high rating is due to the excellent service that I received from Lamar, the sales associate at that store. I did not know I had to make an appointment in order to get tech-support. He willingly listened to my concern with regards to my computer, and went with my inability to return at another appointment time and was kind enough to assist me while multitasking and assisting other clients. Because of his great customer service, I would definitely return to that store for any purchase needs. Thank you.

Came to upgrade to a newer iPhone and it was a great experience. Staff was efficient and friendly. Only thing I was disappointed in was the amount they gave for my trade in was $110 less than what shows online they will give you and my phone was spotless. Don’t plan the whole trade in you see online in the budget. 5 stars as the staff can’t control that, it’s an automated system. Due to the influx in shoppers there is a line outside so be prepared to wait certain times of days but we only waited about 5 min or so.

Got AirPods for a Christmas gift. Didn’t know where they were purchased, so I called Apple directly. Explained they were a gift and I have no receipt, but I wanted to exchange them for Pros. She said “no problem they can scan the S/N and tell where they were sold and an exchange would be no problem.” Get to the store, waited in line. Nope. They weren’t purchased through Apple, so they can’t exchange them. I explained the call I had before I came in. He apologized and said there’s nothing he can do. Love Apple products, but the service experience was terrible.

Had an appointment. Garbage manager with an attitude, came for a battery replacement, took three hours and they failed to replace the battery twice. They provided me a new same model phone with a scratch, and the manager got mad that I requested another phone. I was told this is a brand new phone, so I do expect a new phone when you fail to replace the battery twice and make me wait much longer than expected. I did still pay the repair fee.Richest company in the world.

I had a damaged phone that was beyond repair. After going to the carrier and confirming I had insurance, I walked into the Apple Store as I could not access my apple information.Within minutes, a gentleman named Ben approached us. He was kind and was quickly on the case in trying to find a solution. How could we get into the apple account as well as recover any data.After another quick carrier trip, we were assisted by Jordan and Brian.They were patient as we sat down and waited to have access.They set up a Genius Bar appointment and we’re so patient without making us feel rushed despite us coming in about an hour before closing.In any case, Megan also assisted us with setting up the new phone and all I can say is I am so grateful to the apple team.Thank you for your warmth through our chaotic day, for your patience, and above all else for your kindness.Will definitely only be coming here moving forward!

Had an appointment for an iPhone battery replacement for 4:30pm. Arrived at 3:35pm and was told by a representative to wait until 4:10pm to check-in. Check-in at 4:10pm and waited until 4:35pm to be told to come back tomorrow or leave the phone, as they are too busy to honor the appointment. I had to wondered; nobody knew at 3:35pm when I arrived that they were too busy to honor the appointment; but instead let me wait for an hour to tell me that. It was already an insult that I live an hour away, the extra hour waiting for nothing, was an addition to the insult. This was my third visit to this store, and my last.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Complete waste of time FOR THE SECOND OCCASION. Made two separate appointments to try and have the back screen replaced on an iPhone. They won’t tell you if they have the part in stock you have to just show up for the appointment.. This is now the second time we’ve driven an hour away for the appointment and once again they didn’t have the part in store. You’d think if you were making an appointment to have a screen replaced THEY’D MAKE SURE THEY HAVE THE PART IN STOCK. Especially if this was the same exact issue the first time. Trash store. Trash service. 10000% would not recommend anyone wasting their time at this place. Go to another location. We finally did and had zero issues.

Just like all the reviews you see, this place is awful. Nicole on the phone is rude and should find a new job. Maybe not working with people at all. I called to see if they had 3 Apple Watch series 9 in pink with 45 mm in stock as I want to buy 3 of them. They can't tell me how many they have in stock, they can only tell me they have SOME. I don't give a shit how many you have in total in the whole fucking store, that's not what I was asking. I understand you can't tell me that because of security purposes. HOWEVER, you should be able to tell me if you have 3 or not. I don't live anywhere near Altamonte nor an Apple Store and I refuse to drive all the way there for absolutely nothing. Horrible service. I don't recommend this location. Nicole just pissed me off. I'll make sure to let my large following on my Instagram know all about this so they won't give you business either.

Here at the Apple Store in AltaMonte Springs Fl again I was told by customer service and received and email that my daughter phone was ready to pick up And once again it's not . This is a BS store .im so angry at this point it's ridiculous...I advise anymore to seek help at another location . My baby phone has been Enable for about 2 weeks now ,Now she has a new phone that I have to call AT&T and have set up ...This is a sad case

It is impossible to call and get through to anybody at this store.When you call the number listed, a robot answers, and it is extremely unhelpful. I needed to ask a question about a genius bar reservation I have tomorrow AT THIS STORE. Why I was transferred to Apple Support, I have no idea, but he ended up having to transfer me back to the store because he couldn't answer the one simple but location-specific question I had. Then the phone kept ringing, and no one answered.I'm now planning on cancelling the appointment. I don't have the time or energy to deal with this nonsense.

So I go to get my iPhone 14 (7months old) fixed, battery imploded. We wait two hours to be attended to then be told by Jason that there was absolutely no battery available in the store, nor in Florida Mall or at Millenia. There would be a 3-5 day wait so I can get my phone fixed, no replacement phone or anything. My phone was turning off on me and that was the best solution. Then my husband asks to be speak to someone in spanish, then comes this lady Nina with a nasty attitude comparing a vehicle’s battery replacement with a new car to our situation which a phone and is super necessary to have in case an emergency me being on call from work and having children. Then all of a sudden there is a battery available at Florida mall. We stood our ground and who has time or gas to drive all the way down there. Again they mention 3-5 days for repair. Then we ask to speak to Zack. He insists this is the only solution at this time. I then ask if the battery at Florida Mall can be brought to the Altamonte store for my repair for a lesser wait time. They leave come back, leave take their time come back. Around the third time Zack and Jason com back stating they have the battery for my phone with the whole “guts”, so I would basically have a new phone with the same outer casing. I was like “oh so now you have a battery”. Zack stated that it was not our “fighting or insisting” that got us a solution. I think otherwise. So we leave my phone. Come back a couple hours later and the first thing I notice is a scratch on the back side of my phone, which is the lavender part in the inside (which I don’t have access to and did not have). It was brought to Zack and Mike the tech’s attention, supposedly said it could be fixed but it would have another 2 hour wait time to be “repaired”. This experience is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. So rude and inappropriate for the whole situation beginning to end.

PSA if your gonna get your phone fixed don’t expect for any apple workers at this store to ask you if you have taken your SIM card out or if you have an e sim to tell you that it won’t be transferred to your new repaired phone!! I went in the other day to fix the back glass of my iPhone 13. Got it back with NO SIM card in it, went back the next day and was told I had an e sim and sometimes it may or may not get transferred over. I asked the person helping me “so there’s nothing you can do for my inconvenience” and also said to him “so you guys don’t tell people about them may or may not having a SIM card back in their phone before the repair??” the guy helping me looked me in the face and said no sorry, and advise I go to my Carrier to get a SIM card. Shaking my head, what wonder service that was!
