“Felt bad for the employees, they were DESPERATELY understaffed, and it showed. Once interactions occurred, they were positive. Thank you for all your hard work, against the obstacles you face, keeping spirits positive goes a long way!”

“AMAZING workers here! I wish I remembered the first person who helped me for my first day of class! :( it was a guy who wore an ivy cap and he patiently helped me get ALL the supplies I needed, (I had two giant things I needed and he carried them for me to the register). Then, I came back another day to return some items I realized I didn’t need with Vanessa. She seems great at picking up on how customers feel and what they want. It felt like she made my life easier when she helped me return my items and waited for me as I checked to see around the aisles if I needed other supplies lol. I’ve also briefly spoke to some people on my school campus that were from Sam flax and they were friendly as well.”

“I come here regularly, the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. Every time I have a question they go above and beyond to help me learn more about pottery. The shop also has a wide variety of glazes and tools for my projects.”

“Amazing customer service. I have an issue with porch pirates in my neighborhood... So I had to open a P.O. box. last minutrle befire my order shipped. Jody was kind enough to wait an hour for me to finalize the setup of my P.O. box before she shipped my fresh Henna, and Henna powder. She even gave me free henna Cello for cones as a freebie because I placed an incorrect order! I received my package today and I am so happy it came super fast, not stolen, and the pink glitter is inside! I highly recommend her service. Thanks again Ms. Jody!”

“Dear Prudence opened in 2000 in the 2800-2900 block of Corrine Drive called the Audubon Park Garden District. This area may well be the coolest part of Orlando. Along this strip you will find a funky mix of unique and independent businesses including the End Market, Park Ave CD's, craft beer, the Lovely Boutique Market, and Dear Prudence.I was drawn into Dear Prudence by a Wednesday Adams inspired outfit they had displayed outside. Inside is a beautifully laid out boutique with a fascinating mix of vintage inspired clothing, accessories, and gift items. Some of the clothing was new and some pieces were gently used. I loved the ethereal skirts, flirty dresses, and lacey blouses. The whimsical jewelry also caught my eye, especially the Old World Style Cameo necklaces ($24.00). I anticipated the prices to be higher but when I checked tags everything was quite reasonable.I was solo at the time but the next time I come to Orlando I plan on taking my daughter shopping here. I know she would love this store too. If you can't make it to Orlando you can shop their online store for accessories and they offer free shipping in the United States. I didn't see the clothing they offer in the store in the online shop. Dear Prudence was fun to check out and is perfect for anyone who favors a vintage look.”

“A staffer named Sarah really looked after me: finding what I needed, steering me through all processes (measuring & buying fabric) and on top of everything, when I couldn't find my paper coupons, she asked if she could help find them on my phone. She wound up helping me save $32! Talk about outstanding service! And this was 29 minutes or less before they closed! Thank you, Joann Fabrics and thank you VERY MUCH Sarah!”
