I was in the area visiting and was having issues with my phone. Tanasia happened to be the only one in the store for a moderate paced day, it was maybe 5 of us in the store. She handled every one very nice and politely, even the 2 rude girls, that were upset because the store didn’t have the phone in stock. They made a big fuss, over something she couldn’t control, I don’t understand people. Anyway once they were gone, she got the rest of us in and out. She deserves a raise!

Stay away from the AT&t location in the Altamonte Mall... Use the big AT&t store that's just outside a few minutes away... The mall location usually has only one person assisting and they'll make you sit for an hour just for a simple question or task! ?

Me and my daughter went in the store and Tanasia helped us. She was wonderful. Very helpful, sweet, she knows her stuff. We had a great experience, definitely would go back to this store.

Soooo the guy there straight up lied to me and my bf and was very confident that something couldn’t be done when I went to several ATT stores and they all said it can and so did the call center I just had a service issue and I couldn’t figure it out at first. So I just agreed and let him believe I was fine with my answer and call the call center again to get my issue resolved after several months and no luck still. Then I decided to go do some tech test my self and I resolved my issue and figured it out within an hour or 2 where all ATT couldn’t figured out for months and several resolutions. Sooo hire me AT&T!

If it were possible to leave 0 stars I would. Some of the worst customer service ever. Acted as if there were no options, had to get my phone shipped when there is an att store right next to this one on the outside of the mall with the inventory. Apart from the fact that it’s Christmas time and I won’t have a phone until a week from now, store representative was very rude, unwilling to help, and held an attitude from the very beginning.
Terrible service. Super close to closing my entire account and getting a new service provider.

Don’t waste your time. If it were possible to give 0 stars…
Went into the store while at the mall to ask about a warranty on my phone. I guess we interrupted his basketball watching time because the dude didn’t bother getting up and was like…”what I can do is get you a new phone and a new line and you can just cancel that one.” Nah bro…it’s a brand new phone. “You can take it to uBreak iFix.” It was the purest form of “No F to give.”
We just told him to get back to his game and walked out.

The AT&T staff at the Altamonte Mall store is efficient and friendly! A staff member replaced my iPhone screen protector quickly!
