A week ago I went to this store to get help activating/swapping my sons replacement iphone. I had a great customer service experience when Zavannah assisted me. She was extremely knowledgeable, quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend this store and Zavannah if you need ATT assistance. Thanks!

Switched to post paid account new phone new earbuds new case insurance, michelle was very helpful and polite very happy with my purchases and before the new year. 5 stars great customer service pleasant experience.

I went in today and was greeted with patience and kindness. When I was gotten to, I got a lovely person named Andre and he was very understanding and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to give me the best customer service I've ever gotten at AT&T. Thank you genuinely Andre🥰

I arrived to the store at AT&T Andre Greaves and was received me with excellent costumer service. Staff had the best knowledge to help me get the best options according to my needs. Thanks to Andre, I have my new iPhone 16 Pro Max, and I'm ready for my trip to Japan.

I came in to do my phone trade in and ask a bunch of questions about my new phone. Luckily I had Josh assisting me. He was polite and professional and didn't get frustrated by all my questions or when the computer didn't seem to work. Despite there being a glitch, he took care of me so I didn't have to drive back on a different day. I appreciate his consideration and if I have any further questions I know who to go to.

Just wanted to say Zavannah is the best rep in that store , she always greet me with a smile and great attitude , she has helped me multiple times there , she helped me lower the bill for my WiFi because I used to have spectrum and she educated me on how much better the AT&T fiber is…. So that’s why I switched. She helped me gets 4 iPhones for my family as Christmas presents and she always takes her time explaining me everything about my bill , a lot of times I didn’t understand how the trade in or proration worked , but she literally took her time and made me understand every question I had . Every time I go there I always look for her because she takes such good care of everyone. She deserves to be a manager one day. I only shop here because of her she’s so smart and makes the process so simple thank you Zavannah

If I would give zero starts I would. I was greeted by Savannah at the door, no smile, no hand out or a nice to meet you. I had been on a mission all with trying to figure out what to do with the phone. The first set back was when she told me to give her space when I stood from my seat in order so see my current bill on her ipad. She was referring to things I had no recollection and I wanted to see what she was talking about and pointing out. She had the ipad tilted on a way it was impossible for me to see and she refused to turn it my way close for me to see, Mind you I’m 4’9 very petite so I cannot intimidate anyone even if I wanted to 😂. The math was not mathing and I just wanted to know why, I asked for her to print the Agreement after numerous times of me trying to figure out what would be my monthly payment. Bottom line was that there were fees that would increase with this change and I she failed to explain it until I saw it on the Agreement and she had transferred the lines. After that there is no turning back since when I asked her to void the transaction she told me that I would inquire a re-stocking fee. What a joke, I had not even left the store. She was stoned faced, no sympathy, no offer to help any further, basically screw you… what really did it for me is when she called the manager and asked him to lurk around me. He did not introduced himself until later when she decided she was done with the sale and left me seating there waiting for my data to transfer. He packed my things, and saw me out. I have never been treated like that anywhere. I’m very disappointed at the expirience.
