An employee named Zach refused to put a screen saver on my iPhone 12 Pro Max since I didn’t buy from them. I explained I’ve had a hard time finding one in stock and If he would mind checking, I’d be happy to buy one. He unprofessionally told me no he would not look for it because he didn’t like my attitude. I ask his name and said have a nice day. I filed a formal complaint with AT&T. I’m a first responder and just got off work and walked in with healthcare logos on my shirt. It was rude and unnecessary.

A "Heartfelt Thank You" goes out to the AT&T Altamonte Springs FL technical team of Chris, Zach, and Ance for their dedicated efforts in getting my unique email address to load into my new Samsung Galaxy A54 5G mobile phone. After attempting to set up Incoming and Outgoing server protocols on many different different email exchanges over a 3 hour period, they finally were able to get the Samsung Email to accept these protocols and begin uploading all of my email. This dedication was greatly appreciated since I mostly use my email access on my phone about 80% of the time compared to phone calls and texting. Teamwork is wonderful and greatly appreciated. Thank you Chris, Zach, and Ance.

After a stressful phone conversation with a customer rep, Jayrem came to save the day by taking the time to assist me and my friend setting up the eSim so quick and efficiently. I came to buy a SIM card for my iPad,which I bought a long time ago in another place, and the seller tried to include insurance for my iPad in the cost of the plan, more $30 monthly . and tried to convince me that without insurance for the iPad, I can’t take a SIM card for the Internet.

I gave this place 5 stars for one reason Anthony he has been extremely helpful and I've had several problems in my short time with AT&T if it wasn't for him I'd have canceled my service the first month, I hope there paying him well because every time I come he's working hard and practically running the store.

If I could put a 0 I would. I asked this store to put a phone on a phone number I was porting and instead of doing what I asked they put a payment plan on a phone I already had with T-Mobile and paid off. They switched my sims to make it look like I had the right number on the right phone and it wasn’t till I tried to cxl it that they want to tell him both phones are locked in. Was in store upgrading phone.Was quoted $7/mo for my upgrade, but found out later that they enrolled me in Next Up without my consent for an additional $6/mo.And, I can't cancel for two weeks.Learned about this by accident, while shopping for a different phone at a different retail location.AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS LOCATION! THEY ENROLL ADDITIONAL SERVICES WITHOUT DISCLOSING!
