Went in yesterday afternoon and the sales rep was probably the worst sales rep ever. Not only was he rude to the older women before me by trying to get her out of the store. But he didn’t even ask my my preference when letting him know I wanted to upgrade my phone didn’t bother to look down at my account and see that I have the biggest iPhone and just brought me out one thinking it’s what I wanted. Didn’t ask the color or size.
A little more customer service training should be provided. He really needs to work in the back if he doesn’t want to deal with customers.

The idiots completely replaced all of my phone's ring tones with AT&T ring tones, which I did not ask for, they did not ask permission to do, and I did not want. What kind of rude service does something like that? Oh, yeah... AT&T. And then they wonder why people hate them so much.

I needed a phone that had visibly impaired accessibility techniques and the store was very helpful to find me the right phone. I will need to go to Apple to learn how to use it, but they were good at setting up my phone and changing making the exchange.

Andre G restored my SIM card when phone customer service was worthless. He could’ve easily stopped and said that’s all that AT&T could do for me, but he continued until I had service again. Definitely management material Dr. P.
