Tried to call and schedule an appointment because there is no way to schedule online or view services online. Asked about hair treatments they offered and person I spoke with was very rude and hung up on me twice. She could not provide and information other than one hair conditioning treatment.

This was the worst hair coloring I’ve ever experienced. I had Jules and requested a highlight, lowlight and cut.
She foiled it all, then when I got back to the sink to take the foils out, she said the front did not process enough, so she would tone the rest of it and then she proceeded to put straight highlighter on all of my front. I don’t think she toned the front long enough because it ended up being orange. My hair is naturally dark brown and because she didn’t foil the pieces it will be a dramatic line when it starts to grow out.
I called to ask for a correction appointment and was able to get one with Chelle. I “thought” she would be able to fix it. It seemed like she just foiled in more low light. When I left, I couldn’t tell the difference at all. My front pieces all around my face look like I bleached my hair with peroxide. I’m embarrassed to wear my hair in a ponytail which is what I do 90% of the time.
I previously had my hair done at the Aveda Institute and thought because this is an Aveda concept salon this would be straightforward. I even brought the formulas from the Institute for these ladies to use.
I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning. I’m going back to the Institute to have them fix this mess I have to walk around with.

Julianna (Jules) is a top notch professional. I have been looking for a great hair stylist for over a year. I found her at Dillard’s hair salon in Altamonte Springs Florida a few weeks ago.
Requested style: I requested a Bob hair style. I received many compliments from family and friends. Thank you Julianna for a great hair style.

I just met Jules at the salon and needed help fixing a “hack job” after a haircut I got that I tried to fix with thinning shears…what was I thinking??? I have never had a stylist take so much time talking with me to understand what I wanted. She took great skill in giving me a fantastic cut while preserving the length- which took pure talent to pull off! She checked and cross:checked everything and fine-tuned every step from the cut to the blow dry. She showed me the back several times and was ready to do more if it wasn’t right. She then gave me a loose wave as a bonus to show me another way to wear it! She is so gifted, talented and professional! I wish I had tipped her more but my brain was in Lala land lol- she has a loyal customer in me now! I am so happy to have found her!

Dina at the Aveda salon is excellent. My hair has never looked better since she has been doing it for the past 3 years.
