Johnny jumper was our trainer. He sat and listened to our concerns. He addressed each concern and explained the solution very clearly, demonstrating how to apply. He stayed longer than the 3 hrs allowed guiding us as we applied training with our dog. I would highly recommend bark busters and Mr Jumper to others.
