Store is pretty neat. I came in for a quick gift and wasn't greeted by anyone. I made several passes in their Bath & Body Works room trying to find something usually placed in the walls. Instead of actually getting helped the worker that talked to me was extremely pushy. I work in the brand in another location and there is a point where I, and anyone else, can get uncomfortable by such aggressive sales behavior. There's a thin line between being helpful and just being forceful.

Terrible customer service. I placed an online order on dec 12. And on Dec 15 they gave my order to someone else and when I called I was on hold for 30+ minutes and the issue wasn't resolved. Be careful when you order an online pickup. I been going to this bath and Beyond for years. So that says much

If there is a deal I'm there! I was in & out in under 15 min. The check out service was quick. I was able to get what I wanted with no hassle 😌 and everything I purchased was a total of $33.00. Satisfied customer.

Ordered online to pick up in store. What a mess. Now you always feel like you are under attack when you go into the store, please let me just walk in without 3 staff members asking me 20 questions! So today I explained I was picking up, "ok" the lady said, I felt luck to escape so easily. Purchased a shower gel and queued in the very slow line. Got to the till and the girl said "oh you have to go to another queue for your pick up". Nobody told me there is a separate queue for pick up and in store purchase! Seriously??!! I then waited another 10 minutes for the lady to find my order. What is the point of ordering for a store pick up when the system applied is a chaotic mess? The staff were as useful as a chocolate teapot

I love this store. It's always merchandised properly and service is usually good. I'm only giving it 4 stars because they made me wait in 2 separate lines. I needed to pick up my online order ans also make a new purchase in store. Waited 15 minutes to pay for goods - no problem - but then had to go to a separate line to pick up the online order which I expected to be super fast since everything was already done. Not so...only 1 person working that area and she couldn't find the order for the customer ahead of me so had wait again. I just wanted to ask the girl about how long it was going to be but could not get any words in. She said she was helping another customer which I already knew and then she would be with me next. She finally found the order for that customer and mine only took a minute. In the end she ended up being very pleasant. So Merry Christmas!
