Employee told me my repair would be $200 and it would be done that day, well he was wrong twice, the manager had to come in to do the repair so they had my phone for a day with all of my login info etc and when I came to pick up the phone the price changed from $200 to $320! Either the manager was trying to steal money or the employee doesn’t know what they are doing either way apple charges $220 for this exact repair (out of warranty) AND they will warranty the phone after the repair! Do not use these people for phone repairs Batteries Minus🪫 0/10

Today woke up early to get my disabled scooter battery charged and checked ; sadly laziness stood in the way, for my surprised one hour and a half later nothing was done. Last time going to this location . If you have issues with your battery for disability scooters go elsewhere

I've shopped at this location twice, and based on both experiences, I would not recommend it. I believe it’s a franchise location, and in my opinion, it's poorly managed.
First Visit:
I went in to get the battery in my car fob replaced. As soon as I asked for the service, I was hit with a scripted pitch: “How we do things here is it’s $23.99…” — implying that this was the only option. I clarified that I just wanted a one-time battery replacement, not a plan or package. I paid the single-service fee and let it go, thinking the employee was just trying to earn commission.
However, what bothered me more was the lack of transparency. Unlike other locations where they test the fob in front of you or at least show you the old battery, here they take it behind a wall where you can't see what’s happening. There's no way to know if they actually replaced the battery or not.
Second Visit:
I returned to simply buy a battery for my aftermarket fob. I clearly stated that I needed just the battery, nothing else. Again, I got the same sales pitch: “How we do things here is it’s $23.99…” I reminded them I only wanted the battery. The staff member looked up my car model, grabbed a battery from the shelf without saying a word, and handed it over.
They wanted $10 for a battery that costs about $0.50. I don’t mind a reasonable markup, but this felt excessive. On top of that, the service was cold and unhelpful.
Final Thoughts:
If you check reviews before visiting places (as I do), be aware: this location seems focused on upselling rather than providing good service. Not all franchise locations are bad — I’ve been to others that were great — but this one has been consistently disappointing.
I’d suggest avoiding this store.

I don't know if Icwould recommend regular batteries because I buy the cheap multipacks of generic batteries. But as far as CAR batteries, I think they have very good prices over all of the other auto parts retailers and a better inventory than Wal-Mart, which is usually sold out of the size I need for my cars. I needed a replacement for one I purchased just over 2 years ago. The warranty was 3 years,so they gsve me a brand new battery with no hassle.

I didn't know that Batteries+ sold auto batteries but, they not only do, they sell Duracell which has a consumer rating from 57 people of 4.9 out of 5. Great place to get any kind of batteries or bulbs. Reccommended.

Edit (2-27-25)... again. They have re-added me to their email list! Long story short, batteries are good, but they will add you to their email list... Even when they promised not to!
I have blocked and reported each email as spam... not sure how they keep coming thru.

No problem with the battery. Service at the store was good. Guy tested both old (undersized battery) and new battery. No pressure to buy.
However they decided to re-subscribe me to their email list! I pitched a fit, they responded. All good now.
(Companies need to remember... Most people don't like to be added to any email list!)
