Terrible! Started Jan 1 trying to refill a prescription after they switched us from Carelon to Bioplus. First they had no medical diagnosis, then no copay card info. Provided all of that and their inept billing dept could not manage to correctly apply copay info. Spoke with the drug mfg (they are WELL aware of these problems, she laughed when I mentioned "BioPlus") who could see they submitted multiple claims with varying amounts and dates of service, none of which were correct. I have spent countless hours on the phone, mostly on hold, and when I do speak to someone I get totally different answers from each. As of Feb 5 we STILL do not have the refill--supposedly being delivered tomorrow but I'll believe it when I see it. We obtained sample meds from our doctor (also well aware of issues), complained to our insurance company, filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, and filed a complaint with FL Board of Pharmacy. This is undoubtedly the WORST interaction I have ever had with a business.

Good luck getting a call back! Horrible customer service when they finally call you back! Took me over a month to get someone to get me my infusion items! Glad I am not someone who is in need of an emergency. I literally called 8 times and left messages and called my doctor to complain. Then when i finally got a call back - the lady sounded like she was doing dishes or taking a bath and heavy breathing - oh boy - what a treat that was!! So worse thing is I will be called back in "48 hrs" because they do not have all the info they need from Stelara - which I have given them. Wonderful company to work with - NOT.

I think its a scam, Ive been trying to get my needed medications for 2 months, they always have an excuse. I had to call my doctor and let them know I am no longer able to get my specialty meds. Id sue but I cant afford a lawyer. Worst pharmacy ever.

My daughter who has MS had her insurance switch recently to Anthem, and they only use this pharmacy. She has been trying for weeks to have them deliver her Kesimpta prescription which she needs monthly. They keep telling her they can't ship it until she pays a co-pay, and she does not have a co-pay. The Kesimpta rep even joined in on a conference call to help straighten this out, to no avail. She has spent hours dealing with this as their wait times are extremely long, she has to explain the issue every time (as no one seems to note her file). They keep telling her it will ship out and then it never arrives. THIS PHARMACY IS A NIGHTMARE AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. PEOPLE COULD LITERALLY DIE ON THEIR WATCH.

I have tried for over 10 days now to get the heart meds. I have spent over 20 hrs on the phone on hold for several hours each rep. Said they either took care of it or transfers me to someone else. I asked for supervisor on hold another 58 minutes. Finally when rep came back to phone I asked for call back from supervisor. No call and it's another day. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU NEED. Have been put of heart meds. For days now. Oh, they did take the co-pay from my credit card so they got paid for meds I still haven't received! I can't express enough the frustration & now anger dealing with this pharmacy causes. They should not be in business. It's not fair that insurance company's try and force you to use this pharmacy. Please read other reviews and let your insurance company know. Good luck to anyone trying to get medication from this so called specialty pharmacy.

I've had the misfortune of dealing with this pharmacy, and I can confidently say that it has been a nightmare from start to finish. I've been enduring oral chemo therapy and never encountered too many problems until now. For over a month, I've been attempting to get my medications, and every single time, they blame it on their "new system." They charged my insurance, failed to reverse the claim, and then struggled to process me through their supposedly improved system. It's like watching a comedy of errors unfold, except it's my health on the line. To add insult to injury, they managed to send my meds to the wrong address, forcing me to start the whole agonizing process over again. It's beyond frustrating, and it's clear that their incompetence is not only infuriating but also poses a significant risk to patients due to their sheer negligence. And let's not even get started on their customer service. I've spent hours on hold, only to be hung up on without any resolution. It's mind-boggling how a pharmacy, especially one dealing with specialty medications, can have such a complete lack of regard for their patients. It's like they are actively trying to make an already challenging situation unbearable. If you're unfortunate enough to be tangled up in their web of incompetence, I strongly encourage you to report them to the Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC) and the Accreditation Commission for Health Care. It's the least we can do to ensure that others don't fall victim to the same ordeal.

I have been contacted numerous times almost to the point of harassment. I received orders for a new medication and this pharmacy was selected by my insurance to provide the medication. This was not my choice. I am participating with the drug manufacturer, ******* Pharmaceuticals cost saving program and have been approved for assistance paying for the drug, Stelara. I will not have to pay anything for this medication as part of the cost saving program. I have completed the process for receiving my medication from another specialty pharmacy NOT Bio Plus and Bio Plus has been given that information regarding that pharmacy. However, Bio Plus Pharmacy continues to contact me about setting up delivery with their company. I have call Bio Plus numerous times and told them I would or be using their pharmacy however I am still being called and text after notifying them. I am not I interested in this pharmacy and wish all attempts to contact me would cease. I am aware of the BBB rating and based on my experience, I fully understand why it is a B- Respectfully,*************************

Given lots of excuses of why it wasn’t ready. This caused many delays and trying to get it processed and on a truck. I still don’t have it and I’m 3 1/2 weeks behind and taking my chemotherapy and I still don’t have a scheduled delivery date when I called all I was told was that it shows it’s been processed but it doesn’t show that it’s been sold. She said sold means it’s on the truck ready to deliver and they get a tracking number, so now I’m on New Year’s Day when nobody’s working I still don’t have my chemotherapy and I’m way behind on it and I’m just scared that me not taking therapy is going to cause my tumor to possibly grow but I won’t find out for another few weeks when I have my MRI

Edit 12/30/23: I had a C-level executive reach out to me to discuss my service. It was a good conversation about my service so far this year. I got an apology. The last 2 months have been okay. December's refill was handled appropriately and got here just in time. Then a big change happened. They started recording calls, and service has improved dramatically. My refill was scheduled to actually arrive, not the day of my injection (or after as has been in the past) but the week before my injection was due. Maybe they have gotten it together? At least the last 2 months haven't been as stressful.‐-------------‐----------------Original comment:A joke of a pharmacy! Have had issues with every single refill of my specialty medication. Was told by manager Courtney that I was one of 30,000 customers, so I didn't matter. My prescription didn't matter to them, despite it being a lifesaving drug. Courtney went on to say that maybe they could schedule delivery tomorrow but didn't want to "make false promises." They have refused to fill my prescription after scheduling 11/2/23 for delivery 11/7/23. Never called to say there was a problem, and day of delivery comes and lo and behold, no medication...AGAIN! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM PHARMACY. THEY WILL MAKE YOU SICKER AS YOU MISS YOUR MEDICATION AND THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Always a pleasure to deal with! Great customer service. The pharmacy customer associate I dealt with today, Bridget, was hands down the epitome of stellar service. She took great care of me to ensure my prescription, insurance, and delivery set up was all squared away after a mess up from my insurance company. Such a compassionate and caring person who was simply a pleasure to deal with. All service personnel should be like Bridget!!!

I’ve had a lot of difficulty ordering my medication recently. I received my medication late last month. This type of medication can become less effective if you don’t take it on time because you can form immunity to it.They migrated their computer system and it caused their phone system not to work among other problems. Their customer service rep admitted to me that their phones didn’t work for three weeks so patients couldn’t order their meds and once they started to work, it was hard to get through because of the high volume of patients calling at once. They are continuing to have computer problems now two months into their migration. The first time I called today, they couldn’t even pull up my account they wanted me to provide all my info again even though they have been filling my Rx for 8 months. When I called back later, they miraculously found me. I want to change specialty pharmacies, but it is a really difficult process because they will most likely have to redo the prior authorization and I have to get my patient assistance program set up again.

Service is almost non existent, very polite on phone but they are clueless. My Oncology medicine did not ship on time. Web site state states that they are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Tried calling, stayed on hold for 45 minutes, finally left a message, 24 hours later no return call. Sent a message and 24 hours later no response. My insurer requires that I use Bioplus so I am stuck. This is the worst specialty pharmacy I have EVER dealt with.

UPDATE 12/22/23 Once again having problems getting medication ordered and delivered. The wait time is better. I've called 6 times?. Hopefully it arrives tomorrow.UPDATE 12/5/23 Medication arrived today.Hopefully, next refill will be easier and less frustrating.I have spent 7 hours, over 4 days, 7 phone calls trying to get a refill for my brother. Fingers crossed that it arrives tomorrow. He should be starting his 3rd cycle. 6 of the 7 people I talked to were pleasant, the 7th was rude and hung up on us. We are going to talk to his doctor about changing pharmacies.Getting the medication the first time was EASY. The Patient Portal was working. The second time wasn't too bad, 1 phone call, and only had to wait 30 minutes.

I can’t even begin to describe the astounding levels of incompetence I’ve seen displayed at this place in the past few months. This new system migration has just been the cherry on top.For weeks I told them I was going on vacation and needed a refill of my medication before then. I kept ordering refills and kept calling to check in until finally, my latest call let me know there was yet another delay in my shipment and it won’t be here until after I’ve left. How in the world is that acceptable? The idiocy is staggering. Oh yeah, and when I told the service rep on that call how frustrated this was and how not okay this all was, she laughed at me. Great training you've got there, guys.Even before that, there were issues filling my medication up to the proper count because no one bothered trying to fill the whole order even after being assured my insurance would accept it. And before that, they tried to fill a different emergency prescription for 30 counts despite being explicitly told to do it for 5.I just can’t deal with this anymore. I will be asking my doctor to send my prescriptions somewhere else from now on and filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Health against this place.
