This was my first time visiting this Box Lunch from Pennsylvania as someone who lives in Florida for the winter.
I visited on May 10th, 2025, with my local friend since I don't have many Box Lunch Stores back home. This location was very nice. The staff was kind and helpful and overall I really liked visiting and buying from this store. It's not a huge location however it's just the right size, and it has a wide selection of Disney, anime, and pop culture merch. I look forward to visiting this location again next winter.

Everytime I come here the employees here seems so unhappy and angry. The vibes are so off, makes you not want to buy anything there.

This location used to be great. Lately the staff seems unhappy and lazy. I still love box lunch, but recommend going to a different location if you want helpful, pleasant employees.

I have to say that today I received the worst customers service I have ever had at this location in Altamonte. The girl at the counter this afternoon was not helpful what’s so ever and condescending. I left and went to another box lunch.and they were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond.

We had a wonderful experience in this location. We had been searching for Loungefly Backpacks for our Disney Trip and had jus not seen any we wanted. Well this store had a GREAT selection. But the team member that helped us was what made our visit incredible. I do not remember her name bc I threw my receipt away...but is was Wed Dec 13th midday if her boss sees this lol. She searched the back for more product to make sure we saw everything, she listened to us talk about our trip and our service dogs with their mickey ears for the trip. She was absolutely wonderful .
