“To say that The Bridal Finery went above and beyond to help me is truly an understatement. My experience with TBF began about 10 months before my wedding when I came for a private bridal appointment with Tali. She was so kind and I could tell that she genuinely wanted to help me find the dress of my dreams. While I loved some of the dresses they had off the rack, I had a certain vision in mind that I explained to Tali. She continued to help me but at that time, I had ultimately decided to go to to a dressmaker for a customized dress from scratch.Fast forward to 10 months later, only a week before the wedding, I received my custom dress and was distraught -- it was absolutely not what I had envisioned and I broke down in tears. I didn't know what else I could do except call TBF with the hopes that they would be able to help me find a dress and do the fittings for me in such a short amount of time (again, only a week!). Bri answered the phone and as I explained the situation while crying, she was very kind and comforting and made me an appointment to come in later THAT DAY! I came in for the appointment and when Tali saw me, she gave me a warm hug and told me that it was going to be okay and that she will help me find a dress for the big day. We sat down and I explained to her all that happened since the time I met her 10 months ago. She intently listened and asked questions to get a better sense of the style I wanted to wear.When it was time to start trying on some dresses, Tali grabbed 6-7 different dresses and started off with the one she thought I would like the most. When I put on that first dress, I was floored. I could not stop smiling and looking at the mirror -- I truly felt like a bride!! After trying on the other dresses, I came back to the first one and ultimately chose it with happy tears. For Tali to have been able to pick that dress for me from the get-go and in such a limited amount of time is nothing short of talent and a genuine desire to help me.Thank you so much Tali, Bri, and the rest of the TBF team for your patience, kindness, and help in finding the perfect bridal dress for me in such a short amount of time. I will never forget this experience and will always be so grateful. I cannot recommend TBF enough both for those who are shopping in advance and for those who are having a last minute bridal emergency like I had!”

“These ladies make ✨magic ✨ !! I brought in two dresses that fit badly. One was screenprinted and too long, so the only way to shorten the length would be to recut the neckline, armholes, then restructure the darts. A second dress, made of two patterns in silk I ordered one size larger yet somehow it came in with massive shoulder/bust measurements, but way too small in the hip. The seamstress cut extra fabric from the sleeves to widen the skirt and perfectly lined up the prints. I can’t figure out how or where they added the panels - nothing shows!”

“WOW what an amazing experience at Calvet Couture finding my wedding dress. The inside of the store is gorgeous and is right in the heart of the winter park village! Immediately we were greeted by Delaney with enthusiasm and excitement. She helped me feel comfortable and supported right away and seemed very knowledgable. She was very patient and did not push me to try or not try on any dresses. I appreciated her honesty, transparency and consideration throughout the whole appointment and process. I must have tried on at least 15 dresses and then tried on a few dresses twice and the dress I ended up choosing, I tried on 3 different times. However I never felt rushed or pressured. The owner Alex was there as well and was super helpful and kind. The dress I said yes to, was actually designed by Alex, which I think is so special! I loved everything about Calvet Couture and my experience finding THE ONE there and cannot recommend this place enough for all future brides to come to. I have been here before when my best friend found her dress and it was also an incredible experience. If you go, make sure to ask for Delaney or Alex, I promise you will leave in happy tears and find your dream dress! Thank you Delaney, Alex and Calvet Couture! “This has been my go to store for all things gift, boutique and embroidery! I will sometimes find stuff around town and bring it here to get it monogrammed for an extra special touch on a gift. They are licensed to do a number of logos, including the business I work for and I take my polos here to have them embroidered with my company logo. The store is bright, clean and beautifully decorated, very inviting. Service is excellent, always with a smile and the extra special touch of every purchase being gift wrapped even if it’s for myself is nice, you don’t even have to ask. The owner is responsible and responsive and super sweet. I like to come back because I know that every time I pop in, my experience will be a good one. Go support them, awesome small business in the heart of downtown Orlando right across from the Orlando City Soccer Stadium.”

“This shop is excellent. I had made an appointment for my granddaughters quince dress. The shop owner Lucy was excellent. She gave us one on one attention and recommendation. I suggest making an appointment. There is a limit of how many people can be in the shop so appointment is the best. We came from Miami just to look and left with a dress and tiara. Had been to a couple of places in Miami and none of them gave us the attention that Creaciones D Lucy (Lucy) gave us. The knowledge, detail, advise and attitude is over the top.”
