Have an old Bear from Burdine's Dept Store. Molly at the Altamonte location was very sweet even though they can't help fix it. She did give some helpful tips though!

Nope, this is not an actual work shop. It’s a little stand in the middle of the mall with a smaller selection of animals to choose from. One side of the stand is animals and the other side is accessories. Build a bear needs to change the picture on google, it’s very deceiving seeing an actual store pictured. Such a waste of time driving out here.

Everything was cute. I wish it was a real work stop and not just a small area in the middle of the mall. Everything ends up being expensive but my daughter enjoyed her teddy bear and the birth certificate is a cute touch.

Just came here a few days ago with my toddler. Was planning on retiring their pacifier and celebrating by putting the pacifier inside the build a bear of their choice. Wonderful experience. Caring and attentive workers. Patient and kind and even including my older toddler. Thank you so much. 10/10 recommend would go again and my youngest is now 3 days pacifier free and seems to be going forward. It’s bittersweet but I’ll always have this memory at this build a bear!

Had my daughter’s 7th birthday party this afternoon with 9 of her best friends. Max, the party leader, did the most amazing job. The kids were entertained from start to finish and had the absolute best time. Thank you Max!!!!
