Decent place to purchase clothing and household items. Only 2 registers open on a weekend, but cashiers were very efficient.

The only issue and it’s not a big one, was that they forgot to take off that special tag that you need the special tool for. At least we got to go to a department store close to us to get it removed.

Hispanic lady claimed to be manager, yet was not wearing a name tag nor knew anything about the store's return policy. Shop at Ross instead, it's right next to here and the staff won't try to profile you and accuse you of theft.

Disrespectful and rude staff. We will not be shopping here anymore. I'd recommend shopping at Ross instead, since it's right next to this location and they actually provide customer service there.

I've been coming to this Burlington for years. They have a good selection and the staff is nice. However, lately, the building feels warm, which could be the reason some clothes feel sticky. I've seen a few fruit flies roaming around, and the floor in the dressing room is dirty and dusty. The loss prevention guy is kind and attentive.
